Great range of batteries which lead to a purchase of an upgraded AGM battery for my car. Naturally it fitted perfectly after being delivered just 18 hours after ordering online.

Battery went down after a few weeks. One phone call and a new, upgraded one sent out next day. Now THATS customer service! I defy any company to match that! 5 stars! Will buy again.

Ordered Motobatt bike battery Friday afternoon, arrived Saturday morning - amazing, particularly in a time that many other companies are blaming Covid for ridiculous delays and poor customer service. Already £5 less than a competitor, they honoured an obscure discount code. Helpful phone advice too. Super all-round, I recommend them.

Delivered in 2 days by DHL from ordering despite all the current problems, which is exactly what you need when you car battery eventually lets you down.

Not sure about the site, when I used it it shoehorned me to buy some non-brand battery and I wasn't given any other options, so I had to search by the Bosch unit I wanted rather than what they could offer me.

Despite that excellent price and no hassle delivery.

What can I say, fantastic service always kept informed with regards to delivery prompt efficient service and great prices to boot, what more can I say, definitely be using them again.

This company sold me a battery through ebay they claimed fitted my motorcycle. It didn't. They lied. Then they obfuscated and dodged complaints and eventually told me it was my fault for not reading the small print charging me £8 to collect the incorrectly sold item.

They rely of the premise 'buyer beware'. So you've heard it from them 'BEWARE' of this company don't buy from them!

I have now had two batteries from Tanya, one for my Jeep, one for my Harley, and both needed urgently. Tanya's product pages gave all the information I needed, even model suitability. The Harley battery was ordered easily, and with no drama, on a Tuesday night during lockdown, and delivered on the Thursday morning by Tanya's excellent choice of delivery couriers, Yodel. Top marks to both companies.
Matching firms like DPD with delivery windows is a big plus, but there is no need for a 'follow the driver' option, that's for saddos and stalkers! Driver was pleasant, but maintained a safe distance - my wife is worse than a starved Rotweiller!
I needed this parcel (battery for my Harley Trike) urgently, and Tanya/Yodel made my day. After 45 days of self-imposed isolation, the ear-splitting sound of the Devil having his piles forcibly removed, and sending a thunderous echo across our small town when I fired up the Harley, made it all worthwhile!! Ordered a battery for my car, the price was great and it was easy to select the correct battery. Although I ordered it during the coronavirus lock down, the part was delivered the next day. Excellent service. I would defiantly recommend this company

On 12th March I ordered a new battery for my motorbike, so far so good.

On 13th March I had an email from a courier to say it would be delivered that day. - It was not.

I checked the courier's tracking and saw that it stated 'We tried to deliver your parcel but couldn't access your property.' Despite the fact that I had been home all day. It has to be said that their statement was............. incorrect.

I contacted Tanya via their webform and had a reply from 'Lawrence' who basically said he had contacted the courier and that they had said they would deliver the following day- without fail. They didn't deliver the next day, nor the day after that. Nor the following day, nor the day after that either. So that was 4 days, and no delivery.

I checked the tracking once more to find it had similar 'questionable' statements about why no delivery had been made.

Lawrence offered to recall the delivery and refund my money, but I needed the battery!

Lawrence sent out another battery via a different courier on the 18th of March. On 25th March I still had no delivery, on checking the tracking from this second courier, I found the following 'the driver was unable to gain access to the delivery address' This despite the Prime Minister putting the Country into effective lockdown (Covid-19), and yes, I had been here all day, every day, once again! - Do these people all use the same playbook?

Once more Lawrence offered me a full refund, but I still needed the battery!

Lawrence told me that the courier had told him that they attempted delivery on the 20th, 23rd and 24th of March..... Hmmm, I was home all day - yawn. Page two of the book, I suspect?

The courier then suggested that they had tried to call my mobile, I confirmed they had the correct number, and there were no missed calls or voicemail on my phone??

There was a lot more toing and froing with Lawrence applying increasing pressure on the courier at every turn.

Finally on Tuesday 31st March it was delivered!! Yayyy!!

I really cannot thank Lawrence enough for the tireless effort he put in, I really can't. It would have been so easy for him to just wash his hands of it, but he didn't.

You kept right in there. Lawrence, you trooper!!

For anyone who is wondering, I live in a VERY rural location. I experience issues like these with couriers on a frequent basis. However, I have NEVER had such a tenacious person as Lawrence in my corner before.

Beware. Come with a 4 year guarantee. you will be lucky if they last 2 years.
I had bought about a dozen different batteries from them over a few years, 2 were sent back within 2 tears due to failure.
They have now said that they won't warranty any of the batteries that I have bought from them.
The 4 year warranty tricks you into thinking they are a quality product, they are not, just cheap batteries.
Buy elsewhere.

Well all I can say is excellent.
Contacted them a few days ago for two leisure battery's for my caravan .
They helped me choose which type I needed .
They were delivered on the day they said
And Extremely well packaged .
Then I wanted a battery box .
Phoned them to check that the battery box I saw on there website that my new battery would actually fit inside the box correctly .
Aaron in sales actually went into their warehouse and checked for me.
And it fitted perfectly.
Now that's service .
So I placed my order and Happy Days .
I would highly recommend Tanya Battery's .
This is the only company I will be buying my battery's from in future .

Purchased one of the EFB Stop/Start batteries from Tanya.

I normally buy from CarParts4Less (Same company as Europarts but 25% cheaper) but very expensive. Tanya were almost half price.

Delivered the next day very early and extremely well packed for safety.

Very impressed.
