THE WORST COMPANY EVER. You have to beg them in order to get your money. The customer service is terrible as well. I already replaced them and I won’t miss them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, RUN AWAY!!!

AS a `Merchant.

AS a `Merchant I am satisfied with how they support merchants and do not ask for complex requirements. however I have observed many of my customers are complaining payment declined problem like 50 percent I hear this. my revenue got decreased by 200 usd to 400 usd everyday because of tap payment decline problem. I used PayPal before and nobody complained this. I request tap to make stronger relation with western banks so they can trust them and process transaction easyily without blocking. also improve their dashboard of merchant. thanks

Update: I am changing to 5 stars... They have improved there service way too much in short period of time. its just amazing now. Tap Payments Is 10/10 by now. Plus they added Apple Pay for fast and secure payments
