My account was blocked ,I am trying to put a new debit card in as my old one expired but was told it was an invalid card which it wasnt so was blocked so I cant get into my account now and no one is answering my E mails ,very frustrating !! I have since had response from tap since putting review and its all sorted now ,thankyou trustpilot

Customer Service non existent
Trying to contact their customer service isimpossible which is an issue because I transferred some money into the account and after 8 hours it still isnt reflicting in my Tap account.

Horrible! Extremely frustrating! And upsetting as we can’t get our money back! Difficult to get through to someone and when you do they just repeat the same thing. They want us to verify our account but we had to verify the account to open it and put money in to begin with! App won’t let us upload a pdf of our utility bill.

Great app, needs small improvements in time
Great app, simple and sleek. Never had any problems operating it. Wouldn’t recommend for day trading but buying some crypto to store is where this shines. On ramp and off ramp works great never had a issue. Transfers in and out show up pretty quick.
My Tap card also works great. Could be a great choice as a prepaid card for the kids to go shopping etc.
There are small
Issues nothing crazy but I’m sure these will be smoothed over as it’s still a new app.
