helpddesk does not understand payment tracking

Made a first payment on 24jun which from my Bank to Tap which was quasi immediate.
On 26jun I made two other payment. Only one was received.
On 30jun still no news about the payment.
The helpdesk asked me the credit advices. I sent both of them (dated 26) and the helpdesk answeered that I received both payment on 24 and 26.....
So no news of my second payment and not sure if the helpdesk is very performant....

The funds have still not been funds inspite of lots of documents sent to Tap (debit advice, swift message). I have the feeling to discussed with a bad AI asking me constantly the same document. I have to ask my initial bank to recall the funds (which will cost me fees).
While managing our cash, this app does understand the banking system. very worrying for a regulated company

Seen TAP cannot credit the funds sent to my account, my Bank had to recall the funds....the Bank ot TAP refused the recall for an unknown reason (CUST ???)... I liaised with the TAP team whom requested me the proof of sending (that I have already sent to them several times).
Never had such experience in the past with an other intermediaries, that's just incredible. My fund cannot be credited on the account but they simply refused to send them back to me.

After one month, nothing. Still nobody wants to talk to me over the phone and I am unsure to see my money back.
I am filing a complaint to the regulator.

Shame on you Maria

You don't deserve not even 1 star. When I want to send money to another 3 rd party wallet you don't specify what chains you accept. above this you charged me 35 usd to do the transaction and I added a wallet from polygon. I woke up with the money lost. When I contacted the support about the missinformation. I just received a broad message on the chat about the apologize and than I was left hanging. Thank you very much Maria from Tap global. Shame on the one hr who employed you as the person can't find proper emplyees.

£1170 was taken from my Revolut account…

£1170 was taken from my Revolut account and paid into tap.global. Not authorised by me as I have never heard of them before! All happened on 30th April 2023 after I was locked out of my account.

Crypto account with Tap for +2 years

I have had a crypto account with Tap Global for over 2 years. I have always found the app really easy to use to buy Bitcoin, Etherium, XTP and other coins. They are also continually adding new coins to trade. I also have their prepaid Mastercard and have been using it whilst on holiday in Europe without any problems. zero exchange fees too. Topping up £ from my bank account has been easy and quick. i can see some recently have had issues with transfers in. Tap switched to a new banking partner a few weeks ago, so with that my tap account and sort code changed for transfers in. I was made aware by Tap beforehand and updated account details with Revolut accordingly.

I made a transfer from my personal…

I made a transfer from my personal account of 1650 euros to my tap global euro iban account and the money has not entered my account and the iban that was issued to me by tap global was from LHV bank i called LHV bank and they told me they don’t know Tap please this hurts me I don’t want to believe i might have been scammed by tap because since i write the support team no one replies even on live chat
I need my 1650 euros i am in pains right now

Dear Leonard, I cannot comment on what LHV told you but Tap Migrated from LHV to a new provider at the end of March. We sent in app alerts advising that this change had occurred but seems that you may have missed that alert. After looking at your account it seems that the deposit to LHV was released and credited to your account instead of them returning this to you as they advised would happen. We apologise that you had to wait for this to arrive but can see that you got the full deposit albeit a little late. Lisa

I recently had an incredible experience with Tap Global, the bank based in Gibraltar. I have to say, it's the best banking experience I've ever had! TAP is an amazing APP

TAP is an amazing APP and the market volatility is expected. Made really good profits from their own personal wallet coin. Profit in excess of 1000% but I have been holding the coin for 2 years.

So I came to the app with a super advantage.

Fully regulated a joy to use and the experience has improved over time.
