It's the ease, versatility and a unique combination that makes it a one stop finance app, bank, card, crypto, regulated, insured, yes you read that right....your crypto is safe and unlike the exchanges e.g. FTX . Brilliant business plan. Really useful.

Great App! Easy to use and very practical.
Great that you can have your ‘ordinary bank’ and crypto currency’s in one place.
Great that it’s teamed up with MasterCard too. It brings the ‘old world’ and ‘new world’ of currencies together in one simple, straightforward and safe space. And you can use your phone to pay alongside having a physical card. Love it!

Superb app for crypto trading as well as regular multi-currency banking services - highly recommend
I’ve been using the Tap application for well over 12 months. It’s really straightforward to use, the fees are really low - especially if you upgrade to a premium plan by staking the native token XTP. I use the Mastercard all the time and rely on my regular banking less and less. Looking forward to being able to pay my salary into the account so I can flick between currencies and crypto in one safe regulated place.

I’ve had a Tap account now for just over 12 months and staked for the titanium account. Absolutely amazing benefits including a free Tap Mastercard debit card and super low crypto trading fees. Great for travelling abroad and avoiding conversion rates and fees. Love it love it love it! Sign up, you won’t be disappointed. Tap is the future!

What a brilliant new progressive app this is. Smooth, easy to use, clear and great help features for any issues. I’ve shared this now with 10 friends and family who all use it and will do more frequently moving forwards. My only advice. Try it out. Download, do the KYC and have a bash.

Tap is a great token but the exchange…
Tap is a great token but the exchange is very expensive to use if your transferring crypto to another external address the fees are very high. I transferred Polygons Matic and it cost me just over £20 in fees which it’s ridiculous.

We are sorry that the fees for transferring out were not what you wanted, the network fees usually fluctuate. Obviously the fee for your transfer was too high for the value you were sending. We are always looking at the fees we pass on to try to minimise these. As you know we need to pay for these transfers, we are also not happy with some of the costs and are looking to reduce as many as we can.
Poor communication and unreliable app
Tried to add a debit card, no luck message said try again later
Then a couple of days later My Tap app stopped working, it just froze on the Main opening screen. So I uninstalled and reinstalled, Still froze.
Next day it magically started working again. Still no luck adding a debit card.
I contacted them about the credit card issue and received no response at all.
So today(Sat 28th Jan 23) after trying for the 10th time I messaged their customer service again asking about the card.
This evening I go to the app to see if I have had any response to find I cannot log in at all as it only offers me the wrong number of digits for my pass code.
When I try to reset my login I get the message 'account de-activated contact support'.
I have been wanting to buy some XTP but I am glad I was not able to otherwise I would be freaking out about this. The only way to contact these people outside of the app is a general support email.
So good luck on that
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any Crypto based app or support and I would advise people to steer well clear of this app right now.

We are sorry for your experience, our debit card provider has security function that locks access after multiple failed registration attempts to protect the card being used from unwanted activity. When your account was unlocked it appears that the same rejections occurred and forced another lock to occur. We recommend to people to try and use an alternative deposit method if the card is not working rather than continue to try the card. We are aware that a number of card issuers are now blocking Crypto related transactions and not all have made this public to their account holders. Bank Transfers are not restricted in the same way.
