bought from voyager draperies (they have many names). It took 2 months to receive my product. It was not a tapestry as advertised, it was a cheap print on fabric.. It was not US made or US company. They attached a subscription to my account, taking out $29.16 a month. They did refund when I complained.

DO NOT BUY FROM TAPESTRY GALAXY! I placed my order January 5th,and here it is March and I've yet to receive my tapestries. I've emailed them over 5 times and nothing. I called and the calls don't go through. I have spent over 100.00 dollars and still no product. I don't even want the dang things anymore, I want my money back ASAP! YOU CANT BLAME EVERYTHING ON COVID! IF THAT'S THE CASE WHY HAVE MY FAMILY RECEIVED PACKAGES FROM WISH AND ALI EXPRESS. THE PRODUCTS FROM THEM ARE COMING FROM CHINA, YET THEY GET HERE. I JUST WANT MY REFUND.

Ordered two and they never shipped them. Emailed them five times and never heard back from them. Basically just took my money.

Not tapestries. Nasty thin fabric and about the size of a bath towel.....not a bath sheet, just a normal towel. Disgusting. If you saw them in a shop you almost certainly wouldn’t consider buying and if you did you wouldn’t pay more than 99p!!!!!

Dont do it, you dont get what you think your gonna get and when you want to return it they refuse to take it back and good luck getting your money back.

I ordered 3 'tapestries'. They took months to arrive and are horrible. They are badly printed on cheap fabric. And they are not tapestries.

I placed an order for their going out of business sale and ordered 2 tapestries paying 20 DOLLARS for shipping...they emailed me a week later saying their website crashed and they wouldn't be able to send the tapestry. This money should be instantly refunded. Absolute frauds.

Tapestry galaxy which used to be tapestryhut is not truthful.
They claim they only use paypal when they responded to my credit card being compromised after using it to buy 2 tapestries which did not come and the credit card company got my money back .
My credit card was used to buy the tapestries and my credit card has not been compromised in 10
Years....until right after purchasing from tapestry - hut - Which is now tapestrygalazy -

AWFUL !! I Got my order after 5mo. VERY DISAPPOINTED, I was supposed to use the tapestry several different ways, you CAN NOT. Either hang it on a "rod" of some type or place it underneath something t.v, or something. It also IS NOT useful for yoga mat,beach towel,maybe to cover your self with while @ the beach. WASTE OF MONEY 🤬. MINE WAS 58$ NOW,THEY ON SALE for 18$😡🤬, TRINA R.P.

Absolutely awful. Took 3 months to get my order and one item was only half of the picture actually wasnt even half of the picture maybe a third of it and the other item wasnt even what i ordered. Sizes are incorrect. Smaller than what i chose. I contacted them to return the items back and get a refund and they wont even respond now. I try to look at the order and it says error. Do not buy from this company. Waste of money. So disappointed! I didnt even want to give one star but i had to just to write the review...

The waiting was frustrating but I did get my 2 tapestries that I ordered on April 21st and they finally arrived on July 16th. I did call 3 times and inquire on a package that I thought I would never receive. It took long due to hold up in customs due to COVID. I know you will worry like I did thinking this was a scam but you will eventually get your tapestries. Be patient I guess.

Ordered a tapestry and lights over 13 weeks ago and still have not received! The support states that customs is taking 6-7 weeks but here we are 13 weeks in and still have not received my order! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I found the same tapestry from Amazon for about the same price and it was delivered in 3 days. Tapestry Galaxy is refusing to give me a refund, and I am getting the better business bureau involved at this time.

Ordered April 8th. Had tracking info that was untraceable and in limbo for 2.5 months. I emailed Seller multiple times to get same unhelpful reply. It wasn't until I complained to Paypal that all of a sudden had trackable # and got package 7/7/20, 3 months later. Product is not good quality. Flimsy, not like pictures. I ate the cost on these and they were gifts I will not give because of the poor quality. Be advised.

Awful!!!! Such a waste of money.
I believe $4.00 would have been to much for these items. I am so glad I ordered them before my friends. I would have been so embrassed if they would have ordered them on my advice.

Ordered two tapestries on April 22. It is now June 25 and still no delivery of items that were paid for over 2 months ago. Products from China are the downfall of America. BEWARE - DO NOT ORDER from these people, because if you do you will thoroughly regret it.
They have no problem taking your money, they just have a major problem delivering the products.

I have been waiting for my items for over 2 months now. I have gotten a different story every time I've contacted Morgan, and she keeps telling me it will be here in a week, 2 weeks, now it's 6-7 weeks. It's been more than 8 weeks, and nothing is adding up. Do NOT do business with this company!
