Order finally arrived after 3 weeks, quality of threads not great. I ordered 14ct design which is really bad quality, blurry in parts with no back stitch instructions to add the detail to the pattern so the finished piece will be blurry & nothing like the website picture.

Tried contacting customer service as stated in this reply absolutely no use whatsoever in fact they have blamed improper use rather than poor quality as the issue, I have been doing cross stitch for over 30 years and never had problems before. Will never use again and would advise people to use one of the many UK companies.

I am a first time buyer. I ordered a counted cross stitch kit, not stamped. I am wondering if after I am done with the project, I have to soak the pattern to get rid of all the markings at every ten counts. Also, I have no idea if all the stitches are full cross stitches. Also, I don't know what needs to have back stitching done to it. I am very disappointed with the lack of proper instructions.

The graph they sent me was so small, I couldn’t possibly stitch from that. I did email them to ask for a larger graph and they responded by attaching a PDF version which I couldn’t enlarge at home, as I’m only able to print on A4. I contacted them again asking for a graph at A0 size or reimbursement for me to enlarge the one I had at a print shop. This was going to cost me £5. I am waiting for their response and will re-post a review, depending on their answer.

I had stitched a part of my cross stitch in the wrong colour and had gone to far. I contacted tapestry market to see if I could purchase another specific colour. Within less than 12 hours I got a response and they will be contacting the supplier. Made the emails stress free. Can’t fault this company what so ever. Great business

I'm very disappointed with my order! It's so frustrating. I bought 5 kits and spent over $200. The colors are not matching, the picture doesn't look like on photo at all. So much money and then afford to do it and everything is just a waste! Poor quality and constant advertising on internet. A shame!

I have finished a few cross stitches from here. They are really good. Only thing is the patterns dont have any back stitch instructions so just had to go by the picture. Also some threads seemed to fluff up a little. But over all good.

Deeply disappointed with the customer service! After many successful order I placed an order for over $80. Their site automatically filled out the delivery address
The order was delivered to the wrong address on the wrong street and I was refused support because they “say” the zip code was 1 number off? And it was my fault because I didn’t notice it and correct it in the autofilled information

Wonderful, beautiful pictures of a counted cross stitch picture or a stamped cross stitch. Absolutely stunning.

I ordered several kits from them. The first one was great. I didn't finish the second picture, but I started on the third ona which was my favorite. I was excited to get it started, but as I progressed I've noticed that in some places the colors don't match the picture. Also, I started with flowers and on canvas they look like patches of color, the flowers can't be recognized. I assume I can fix it with outline, but there's no direction for it on the printed map, so it suppose to be recognizable without outline. I'm disappointed since I really liked this picture of the knight and hoped for a good piece when ordering. For the price and the size of the picture it could be done properly.

I placed an order for a custom piece on the 24th july. The only email i got was a paypal one. I have had no updates on where it is

Large peacock. This took some time to complete but overall very effective. I had three problems with this kit. 1. Not enough yarn to complete but after co ntacting the company this was supplied free of charge. 2. The eye of the peacock was non existent and certainly nothing like the picture advertised. I put in my own. 3. Worse problem of all - the dye is supposed to leave the canvas when exposed to water. This did happen but not for the red dye which unfortunately was over the white part of the ocean. I tried stain removers, soaked it for two days but it still shows. I have happy to unpick that part and redo to mostly cover up. The lesson here is not to use dark dyes over white areas. Please feed that back to the designers.

First impressions with the kit were good but as I progressed the colours were nothing like the lovely muted colours in the picture. I emailed Tapestrymarket to tell them but didn't receive a reply.

I have ordered many, well over a dozen cross stitch kits. The kits are wonderful! They come with really great needles and lost of thread. I haven't run out of thread on any of the projects I have completed so far. The designs are really outstanding. Customer service as been awesome! I lost one of the color maps on a project. After I sent a email they sent me a pdf file of the map I was missing .

I accidently got my pattern wet which rubbed off some of it. I emailed yesterday and first thing this morning I was sent a PDF of my pattern! Amazing fast service! Thank you so much!!!

I have purchased several stamped counted cross stitch kits from this company and have found them to be quality products. One time, however, one canvass that was printed on a smaller count piece of aida was so blurry that it made it very difficult to follow the pattern. I contacted them and they sent me a replacement canvass that was not blurry and it arrived in a timely fashion.

Quick delivery, correct items, nice quality and good prices- it doesn’t get much better!

I did not have enough beads to finish one of the projects I got after I informed the company I received more beads yes it did take a little of time but they responded and kept their word I have several different kits from this site and I love them all I will continue to buy from this site

I love my beaded cross stich! They make it easy to understand and the shipping doesn't take forever.

I ordered a cross stitch kit. Colors are really bright compared to the photo shown. Hues are purple rather thsn blue understones. . The colors are nothing like what was displayed. Snow is not yellow....unless a dog pees on it.

I was able to finally find a place that has very nice designs that are not already preprinted on the canvas. The ones I ordered are beautiful and I cannot wait to complete these and buy more.
