Is this company a scam!?

Is this company a scam!? I ordered a watch for my Husband’s birthday two weeks ago and although they say they have sent the parcel, they clearly haven’t, because Royal Mail haven’t received it to date.
I have emailed several times, messaged on Instagram and I haven’t received a single reply. It’s so upsetting that they have taken my money and are not delivering the product.
I would avoid this company.

The order was placed in October

The order was placed in October. I’ve been contacting the team through the website and the given email address. No reply and my order still hasn’t arrived. I called Royal Mail and the lady on the phone said the parcel was never sent. I mentioned this in my last email, and still no reply. The only reason why I gave two instead of one stars is that the watch my partner had before was nice. However, I’ve never experienced such bad customer service before.

Avoid

Bought a watch that worked for 10 months. It stopped working, so I contacted customer service for a repair under warranty. They requested a video of the issue, which I provided (the kinetic winder stopped winding the watch) and never received anything back. I have tried all avenues to contact them again, but everything is ignored.

Do not buy a poor quality watch from this company. They will take your money and run.

Ordered over two weeks ago and have not…

Ordered over two weeks ago and have not heard anything back. There was an email with a royal mail tracking number, but according to royal mail they haven’t received this package yet. Contacting Tapferkeit doesn’t work as they’re unresponsive. Don’t buy from this company.

Defective watch and no customer service response

I bought the Löwenherz model in November 2022, and was happy with it, but 11 months later, the white paint of the clock face started flaking off, even though I had been handling it with great care. This seems an obvious defect to me and I sent several emails to the company just to ask if they could fix it or replace it, as it would have been under statutory warranty. Despite giving them weeks to reply to repeated emails, I have heard nothing from them. Not sure their products are worth the money if they last less than a year and there is nonexistent customer service.

DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I really would like to know what this company's problem is. I ordered a watch in September and never received it. Repeated emails to the company went unanswered until I contacted Paypal for help. I was then informed by Mr. Horner, the owner, that a replacement watch would be sent. Three days later I was informed the watch was on its way. After waiting a couple weeks I had not received it, so I checked the shipping status. I was informed that the Royal Mail had not yet picked up the order for shipping. It was apparently still sitting in the shop, and no one had told the shipper it was ready to go. I checked again every 2 or 3 days and got the same message. More than a month later, the situation has not changed, and the company still IGNORES my emails!! It doesn't matter whether the product is any good if there is no customer support for issues such as this. This company is absolutely deplorable! Avoid them at all cost.

No response

Sadly I've been trying to get hold of Tapferkeit support team for a few months now by both email and through social media channels but I haven't received any response.

I purchased two watches from them in January this year but have had issues with the hands coming off on both of them. Even if the issue isn't covered under warranty, I would still like them fixed and have been told by 3 watch shops now that they don't have the right tool to fix Tapferkeit watches and it should go back to the manufacturer.

It's really disappointing to see that responses are given to positive reviews on Trust Pilot but that no responses are given to people's concerns and issues. If I receive a response and can get this resolved then I would remove this review but at present I've not had any communication that leads me to believe they're concerned for helping customers after products are sold.

Is there such a company

Is there such a company? A month after receiving my watch; a watch that is beautiful does not fully charge. In the month I've had it, it has stopped 8 times. Night and day. I wrote them over 5 times and have not heard from them. I offered to pay for the freight to send the watch back and replace it or to give me credit. I do love the styling but it doesn't work.. Bob

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

After 2 weeks since being notified that my watch was on the way, I checked the shipping status and was informed that Royal Mail has yet to pick up the watch from Tapferkeit to send it to me. I have checked the status every day and find the same information. Emails to customer service have gone unanswered, and I am getting very fristrated.
