DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I ordered a fairly expensive watch. My third purchase. It never arrived. I wrote to them and they acknowledged issues with Royal Mail and would send a replacement. It never arrived either. They kept my money (is that theft ?) and have ignored all correspondence since. Spend your money on more reliable and trustworthy watch retailers like Cadola, AVI-8, Panzera. IRS been a very distressing and upsetting experience. If I could give zero stars I would have.

Don't do it. I had one watch for them, which I was very happy with, so they do exist and they have actually manufactured nice watches. I used to get comments on it all the time - a waiter in Amsterdam told me I had a beautiful watch!

Then it broke (the glass face exploded). Ah well, it lasted well enough. So I ordered a replacement. That was three months ago, and I have been unable to get hold of them ever since. I assume they've gone out of business but are merrily still taking people's money. Will be reporting to Trading Standards this week.

The two watches are wonderful! But I received only one of two watch straps I ordered and paid for. I have sent four emails asking for the missing watch strap and asking acknowledgement of receipt of my emails. Absolutely no reply yet whatsoever. I’m being completely ignored.

I purchased a watch for my son's birthday. The watch never came in the mail. I had to purchase an alternate birthday gift for my son due to the fact that the expensive watch I bought for him never came in the mail. I've written directly to Tapferkeit and explained my issue. I never even received a response not so much as an email. Compounded with the fact that I still haven't received the watch that I paid for. Do not buy from this company. A complete and utter rip off and I'm currently working to get a refund. I am beyond disappointed. Do not shop here.

It has been several months after i have been billed. No watch. No communication. No money. Sham company.

I ordered my watch on 30 July. Tapferkeit claimed to despatch it in August. I don’t have it. Two emails to ask about it and no response. Instead they send me system generated emails asking if I like my watch- which feels like salt in the wound.

I want my watch. And some courtesy. Failing that I just want my money back.

They are handsome watches (I have one) if unreliable in my experience. But they just don’t care about their customers - presumably why their rating has nosedived on Trustpilot.

Such a shame, I already have one of their watches.

This is a scam. I never received my order. The tracking number was wrong.

This has happened TWICE

It took you too long (more than a month) to dispatch the order. In my emails (2 or 3 I can't remember) asking you what's happening you didn't bother to answer. I even started to look online in case your site was a fraud!
I somehow like some of your watches but this one was a trial and you didn't pass it. So thanks but no, thanks

I bought their watch via a KickStarter campain. a beautiful watch. but after a couple of months, its glass unexpectively broke. for a period of 1-year i wrote 5 different emails to ask them how to proceed of repairs. Zero reply, absolutely nothing. so i decided to send back the watch (from Canada to the UK) via registered mail, and i know they have received it, but again ZERO response. disgusting customer service.

Tapferkeit high quality watches without the massive price tag, very easy on the eye products have easily interchangeable straps enabling you to give your watches a whole new look and Tapferkeit sell a range of straps and bracelets. I have bought two watches now and both are accurate timekeepers so I will definitely recommend Tapferkeit who are a nice company to deal with and offer good customer service.

I really liked the design of the watch but unfortunately my experience didn’t go well. Firstly, my ordered watch didn’t arrive at all. I had to escalate & thankfully a replacement was sent.

Then, after a few months of usage, the seconds dial of the watch stopped working. I reached out to the support contact but never got any response even though I had warranty on the watch.

Eventually I had to pay from my pocket to fix it.

Beautiful watch, well made, and quick delivery. Excellent service all around. Thank you.

Recieved the wrong watch, no customer service reply about it

I have not received my watch, the tracking are not working, and Tapferkeit are not responding to my enquiries.

Exceptionally beautiful watch face & crystal. Comfortable to wear, a joy to look at. The movement runs about +10 seconds per day, so i recalibrate it every two days or so. This is a delightful watch for business wear & for evening wear. The Bauhaus ideal is perfectly realized in energizing style.

After probably 10 emails with no response whatsoever i have lost hope it's ever going to turn up.
So buyer beware before you decide to buy a watch from this company

I'd like to give you stars James but my order has still not arrived after two months and I've had no help from Tapferkeit or the Post Office in my efforts to secure delivery. It's a pity as I did appreciate my previous buy but this time no stars. George Mackay

I am so glad you ask, I hope someone will read this. I have paid for the order #TPKT5634 almost two months ago. The order has not arrived and when I check the tracking info, Royal Mail states that they have yet to receive the order. So, Tapferkeit has not dispatched it. I have tried contacting them by e-mail, no reply. I will initiate refund through my bank.
