Defective watch recieved -No response from customer service.
I ordered an Automatic watch, on delivery the watch was defective. I contacted the company to try and exchange the watch, there was no response at all from the company. I then went through PayPal to resolve the issue with the company. There was still no response from the company, and due to this PayPal refunded me my money. The customer service I recieved was not bad, it was non existant. I am however still recieving automated emials from them trying to sell me more watches.

Given the number of reviews similar to this, James cannot claim that he delights his customers.
If he is ill, bankrupt, or if the boat bringing the parts or the watches has sunk, we should be told.

The order took nearly a month to arrive and I was becoming convinced I'd been scammed.
It arrived today though!
Looks good, just like the web site pictures. I'll keep an eye on how well it keeps time. If it's all good then I'll be relieved, the order process was poor though.
Why is there no zero star rating
Why is there no zero star rating, that's all this company deserves. Failed to receive the watch I'd paid for despite a number of attempts to contact the company to sort the problem. I tried to get my credit card company to deal with the problem but unfortunately I had left it too late for them to act. Fortunately the watch was inexpensive so I reluctantly wrote the cost off. Rubbish.

The product has arrived late, no support and poor quality.
The product has arrived late, way after the cut off for returning it. I got the automatic one and the quality of the watch if poor. Has very slack hands when turning the dial and trying to align them, this is often difficult to do.
When I wrote tonthe company to make an inquiry initially about the delay in delivery times and later to return the watch, I received no replies.
Please avoid this if you want to avoid dissapointment.

I ordered this item on May 28 was told that it was on its way, but I have not received it.
I also sent 2 emails to support@tapferkeit and haven't even had a response.
This is most disappointing, as I am a repeat customer who has recommended their products to many others.

My order a lot longer to arrive than the estimated time on the order confirmation, and when I attempted to contact customer service for an answer there was no response.

This site appears to be a scam. Do not order anything from them. You will loose your money. I ordered my watch on June 26th and have yet to receive the watches. No reposnse form customer service and I had to dispute the purchase though the credit card company I used. That was 3 weeks ago and their has been no repsonse.

Watch was nice however the customer service was terrible. The watch took over 4 weeks to arrive , I contacted the company after a week and they apologised and would send the watch that day. 3 weeks later the watch finally arrived after 3/4 emails asking for an update to be totally ignored.
