Quick delivery. No issues

Scam Site. No response of enquiries for order. Its already been a month of purchase.

I have not received the watch I ordered after two weeks. Wrote a few days ago and I have received no reply. I have seen other reviews in their website from other people complaining they have not received their watches.

Good quality watch for the money,quick delivery

It has been 2 months since I placed the order but I haven't received the items yet. I have sent several emails however there is no response.

Great and elegant watch. Very happy.

They don’t answer to questions when emailing them.. but they did send the watch so ok. The watch itself wasn’t too much to write home about though.

Another lovely timepiece purchased great product and service

This is the second time I have been asked to review, and whilst I love my watch - I bought a replacement strap, this months ago, nothing has arrived, multiple messages to customer services but no response. I can only assume they are fully automated and that there is no one really running it or in financial difficulty….shame as the product is great.

Ordered two straps on 18/04/24. Two months after and they have not arrived. No response from customer services. Either there's been a casualty or I and many other in these comments are getting scammed

I have now worn this watch 24/7 for two months and can confirm that it keeps good time for an automatic watch (+5secs /day). Although it is an automatic watch the dial size and thickness are reasonable and the overall look and feel is good and providing it keeps going like it does now then it is great value. I particularly like the Japanese Miyota automatic movement, the sapphire crystal and exhibition back.My only criticism is that the catch on the Milanese strap is not very secure. It did come undone when I removed my hand from my pocket. That is why I have given only 4 stars. Other than that everything else was as described on the website. Very happy.

I wish I could give 0 starts. Ordered on 28/05 and still no watch! I’ve sent 11 emails with no response! Terrible service. Absolutely furious. Worst company I’ve ordered from.

They don’t even deserve a 1 star

Contacted company before ordering to ask about delivery, I was INSTANTLY replied to (literally within half hour). Ordered from them a week ago, no shipping details or anything. I have sent them two contact emails and even contacted their Facebook page with no reply. The Facebook page has a generate auto response of “thanks for getting in contact with us. We appreciate it.” … … … going to have to make a claim with my bank. USELESS!

Good delivery, good quality watch

The Edel looked great but after 10 days the winder just fell out. No accident and no damage. It just fell out while walking. I sent in a photo and three or four emails and received no reply. Really liked the watch but spent £60 for just 10 days’ wear. Will not be recommending!

My order has never been completed, my emails ignored. Stay away.

I ordered two watch bands and never received them. I’ve tried to reach the company numerous times without a reply. I’ve written four poor reviews. No matter how many times you send me an email asking for my experience with my purchase, I will never give a positive review. I will never purchase another item from this retailer. Worst experience ever.

Quite elegant watches and fast
