Company is a scam. Never sent product ordered and does not respond to messages. I had to dispute with my cc company. Do not buy from here

Nothing arrived and no reply to my emails - had to ask credit card company to refund my money. Very poor service and no contact details on website apart from email address

Order a watch over three weeks ago. It never arrived. I emailed company support but got no response. I'm wondering if this is a scam and what further action I need to take now.

They have not sent product after several weeks, and don't respond to emails. Appears I have been scammed.

Wrong watch was sent with a dead battery. Wrote many emails to customer service without ever hearing back. It was a real shame.

I like the watch styles...and the extremely good prices charged.

Following a month of silence, on AUGUST 12, 2024. - Watches get delivered!
on July 31st 2024, I received an email from James, stating they were "aware of delays to customer orders with Royal Mail and are actively working with them to resolve the current issues".
This is what the company should be doing, investing in its communications team! That would solve a myriad of problems.

NOW TO THE WATCHES: Beautiful Bauhaus-style watches as described and seen on the site. Love them as they fit every occasion, whether casual or formal. Perfect

Nice product. Appearance was what I was looking for and it made the grade. Since it was for my personal use and not a gift, the delivery time frame was not an issue. Basically if you order and have a time element you need to order well ahead of your intended date needed.

I’m afraid very disappointing experience. The communication with this company is nonexistent. I have received the watch and asked to return it for refund, and I have never received any answer despite emailing them several times.

Trash place! Paid my money for a product and received nothing. Talked to customer service and nothing! Don't buy from here!

No response from customer service when I had questions. Tried to cancel order numerous times and delivery was over 1 month. It's a nice watch but, I'll never order from here again.

It's a great watch but I don't like having to wait over a month for it to be delivered after emailing several times about it.

The date display does not rotate. I am following instructions and pulling out the crown as shown.

Watch was very late (several weeks) and no response to several comms. Great product. Amazing prices. Dreadful Customer Services on this the second purchase. First purchase was a dream.
