DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE !

Zero customer service. Communication is non-existent. Phone Lines are not in use, instead directed to use their online chatbot which is fine if the “bot” ever responded to messages. Ended up raising a dispute to receive an automatic refund. Just not worth the hassle in the end!

Scam!!!!! fraud!!!
The item never arrived, emails get ignored, when calling their phone number, there is a message saying "we are experiencing issues with our phone lines, use the chat on our website", but no one answers on the online chat.

Company does not deliver

I ordered several items and the delivery did not arrive. I am unable to contact tapnshower. No response to phone calls, emails and live chat.
I should have had a look at the reviews before.
Seems that they have stopped trading. CC dispute arranged.

Ordered item with a 2 to 5 day…

Ordered item with a 2 to 5 day delivery, nothing heard, no response to emails, can't contact via phone (it's the 21st century they should have better phone system if that's the "real" issue per the voicemail. No response via online chat....have raised a case with Paypal and CC company... shame because I've used hem previously without issues.

Please check reviews before you order

I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before purchasing from this company. My order was never delivered, and although they confirmed several times that I would receive a refund, I am still waiting after more than three weeks. The amount is over £600, which is significant, and every time I contact them, I receive the same generic message: their phone lines are “broken” and they are “working on it.” Nothing ever changes.This has caused a great deal of frustration, and the lack of transparency or action is completely unacceptable. The way our damaged item was sorted…

The way our damaged item was sorted with the supplier. When rust appeared on the radiator Tapnshower contacted supplier and obtained a replacement. When we didn’t receive the replacement we e mailed Tapnshower resolved it and the radiator was delivered the next day. Well Done everyone

Nothing Received - Money Taken

Order placed 22/11/2025 - did not hear anything so went on live chat last week.

I was told the distributor had either lost or damaged the item, but they would re-send and delivery would be within 2-3 working days.

Still not arrived and the companies Phone line is still not working and neither was live chat.

Quick look on companies house and one of the major shareholders has gone into administration.

I don’t like to see companies go out of business, but it’s no excuse to take hard earned money from others illegitimately, especially when the directors still run multiple other Entities (And have recently registered a new company - I wonder why?!)

I look forward to receiving the refund I requested (66057). Oh, a pig just flew past ….

Company is a scam

Warning: This company a scam. We ordered from them 3 weeks ago and have had no updates on shipping or when we can expect to receive our item. We’ve emailed them several times with no response, I called their service number and was met with a message to say that the ‘phone lines are down’ - I also reached out via their live chat and have not received any communication back! I went to their instagram - and all posts have people complaining that they have not heard back from them. Something seems fishy - Do not order from here!

BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE - AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. I am not sure this company actually exists and could be a scam (in any case they be allowed to trade and have a website taking customers money and providing zero response). I ordered a Grohe Basin over a week ago but have not heard from the company since - delaying my bathroom renovation. There is a recorded message saying they are experiencing technical difficulties with their phone line (but according to reviews online this has been the case for months). Webchat doesn't work and they don't answer emails. Thankfully I paid with PayPal so have raised an issue with them and will hopefully get my money back but it has been a complete waste of time.

Good, but communication needs to improve

On the 27/11 I ordered a pair of Bristan taps and a click clack waste, arrived today 6/12, they are fine, very pleased with the product, my delivery window was given as 2-5 working days, I was messaging about the order after 3 working days to get a confirmed dispatch date, I did not receive a reply to this and a further message sent after 4 working days, on 5 working days I tried to ring and just got a recorded message, I would openly say to this outfit if you improve you communication and contact skills you will have less poor reviews

Dishonest, 2 weeks later still waiting for refund they said was already paid.

Avoid! Still waiting for refund over 2 weeks later.
Seemed like a decent company at first, I emailed them after placing my order and they were able to add another item manually via payment link on email. I then had to return the items as the colour didn't match, returned the items and Adam on the live chat helped with the return label. They received the items back on the 18th October, but no refund. After chasing via live chat, they confirmed refund had been issued on the 18th November. Well it's 5th December, and I'm out of pocket, their phone line is apparently down and their live chat is unavailable. I've been scammed and lied to, and out of pocket by over £300. I don't know if they're going out of business, or just scammers - either way, don't buy from them!

My order placed on 12th November has so far not been delivered and I cannot get in touch with anyone to update me. Both chat and email have automated replies and the phone line is apparently experiencing problems as others have stared. Can someone please reply to me???

I ordered 2 weeks ago. They have taken the money but no confirmation on delivery of my order. I have been chasing through emails, chat, phone calls but not reply on order delivery. They just apologise for inconvenience. It feels like a fraud.

Ordered 2 radiators 18/11/25 for delivery 3-5 days. emailed after 10 days and i was told my order was coming direct from the supplier. Contacted the supplier who had no record of an order being delivered to my address. I have tried emailing and going on live chat numerous times with no response. I have now asked for a refund.

Scam, save your money

Scam. Even set up a fake live chat where it shows a fake number of people in front of you that never changes, always 4-6 people in front of you. Even after an hour, it’s still 4-6 people in front of you.

I was informed the website had the stock information wrong and my order needed to be backordered. It wouldn’t anrrive until 2 months later so I asked the order to be cancelled instead, as it was too late. An agent said he would cancel it. 2 months later, I still haven’t had my order cancelled. Then another agent picked it up and said he would just refund my directly, something about the “system”. And he ghosted me.

Save your money folks.

Ordered a tap 16 days ago, no word on the delivery. They dont answers phone calls and their online chat service is rubbish, so cant contact them.
