Rubbish company. Unreliable. Shows different stock levels online and nothing in hand. Full of lies. Our order was delayed 10 days and eventually didn't receive anything. No communication. Utter rubbish

Terrible experience with this online retailer. I ordered a tap which the retailer said had a 2-5 day delivery period and I paid £136 on my credit card. I tried to call the company to discuss delivery and got a message saying they were having technical difficulties with their phone line so I should either email or use the Chat facility. So, I tried Chat but no agent ever joined the Chat to discuss the order. I then tried email and no reply was received. I sent a second email a few days later and still no reply. I tried phoning again every day only to get the same message about the phone line not working. Needless to say the goods didn’t arrive and now I’m trying to get my money back. Use this retailer at your peril !!

Nervous about buying on line from a retailer never used before.
No worries whatsoever!
Our purchase had a “ minor “ issue. Contacted Tapnshower, explained issue and within a couple of days we had a replacement.
That’s wonderful customer service.

I received the taps in good time and…
I received the taps in good time and had them fitted without any issues.
The problem I had with the old taps is that they were leaking so fitting the new ones solved the problem immediately. Good taps for the job.

Ordered a shower mixer, it never turned up. When I notified them the then sent another.
When it arrived it was damaged, I e-mailed numerous times coupled to photographic evidence they ignored every e-mail. Over a year on they have still failed to address the faulty product or respond.
Terrible support/after care service
I ordered a Burlington towel rail. One screw was burred, meaning I could not fit the rail to the basin. Tap n Shower took almost a week to come back and ask for proof, so I sent pictures and typed up the issue. After more days, they were not satisfied and then they demanded a video, as pictures and a typed description of the issue was not enough. Why would I lie?! Almost £100 on a towel rail, all I needed was the working fixtures. They refused to help so rather than waste my time arguing and making videos of a broken screw, I went on Amazon and for £3 I bought a box of the replacement screws and fixed it myself. Terrible customer service and support. Do not bother to use them.
No problems with ordering and delivery
No problems with ordering and delivery. We have only fitted one of the items and there was a small mark on the sink but this appears to be a manufacturing fault so not down to the retailer.

Renovating our bungalow so needed new taps for kithen & bathroom, As we had previously purchased from you we again found your great range & competitive prices, ordered a shower screen, which arrived very promptly.
Incorrect product arrived
Incorrect product arrived. Took >10 days to get a returns form arranged. Have returned product and not seen my account credited. It’s been over 3 weeks. Tried contacting their online customer service several times and no response. I will NEVER use them again. Do not deal with this company.
Bought the last one in the World at a great price.
I bought and paid for locally a very expensive Grohe bathtap with shower take off £540 ! Then I was told none in the U.K.! Also none at Grohe in Germany.
I went on line and Tapnshower had one. Wow. £340 delivered.
One very minor mark which you cannot see. I paid, it arrived next day, in original packaging. Great. Thanks.

Bad Customer service
ordered item on the 25thJuly needed for the 4th august, item did not arrive, chased and chased and only last week was told that the item had been on back order. but would definitely be with us on Friday 29th August.
Still no delivery and we couldnt even contact them, the phone lines were off, chat line was not working emails were ignored.
They are quick enough to take the money but wont answer your queries

Appalling
14 days to deliver something "from stock", as they described it, is unreasonable. As if that was not enough part of the order has not been delivered. There has been no communication whatever other than to acknowledge the order. The same message said they would tell me when the order had been dispatched. That never happened. I have had no response to my request for a cancellation of the item not delivered and a refund. My advice is to definitely go elsewhere. Tap N Shower are just a shower! PS...A Day later and unprompted by them...They have now admitted the item was sent to the wrong address and are making a refund. They have actually communicated!
