Disappointed with the service( lack of response)

Disappointed with the service, ordered a kitchen tap and fully expected delivery within the week considering they charge £10 delivery!, time goes by no contact from Tapnshower ? I log in to my account to see that the tap has not been shipped and is not available in store? Dig deeper only to find out that they estimate a dispatch on the 1st of September?, estimated!, so that is of no use as we have the kitchen being fitted soon, emailed them, no response? Emailed again, no response?, noted in the account that they had the correct address but wrong postcode? Emailed again and again no response, requested a refund and guess what ? Yep ! No response.
The customer service is terrible, their lack of communication is a joke, do they even have any if the listing in stock or is it some guy ordering from china once you put in a purchase, month to deliver is just not unless it’s coming from the far east?
Don’t buy from this guy/company or whatever they are !

poor communications

When calling to ask a very simple question about product availability their phone line redirected me to chat. The chat didn't respond other than to ask for my name and email and the automated 'please wait for an agent to become available'. I emailed my question, stayed on the chat. 36 hours later, nothing. Glad I did not purchase the item I was looking at, all trust gone.

Armitage shanks sandringham bath and facias

Bought a Armitage shanks Sandringham bath 1700mm with bath front and end. Sent 1600mm my fault !!!. Why would l want an odd front.
Wanted £20 to restock.
After 2nd email no reply.
If the web site is not down the phone lines are.
Be careful awful customer service with attitude and inappropriate advertising!!!.
Certainly would never deal with them again.
Anyone want a 1600mm bath front !!°

Could be answered in a few seconds by them.
Sales aren't answering phones and cant help wonder if there really is a problem with their lines, or it's just subterfuge!!!

We have had a great experience with Tapnshower, their customer service has been refreshingly helpful. When you take on a big project and you deal with different suppliers they have been the best we have have to speak to about changes or slight damages in transit. Great communication and nothing too much trouble to resolve. Ive dealt with mainly Lewis, Adam and Amelia, all have been great! I changed my mind about colours last minute and they didn't mind changing things and working around the change. Would recommend using this company! :-)

Classic good service

I ordered a Coram bath screen and I am satisified with my purchase.
I rang for an advice prior to ordering and was given the right one.
I called later to chase my order and was reassured on the delivery date, the gentleman took the time fo find out the ETA from the warehouse.
I received the parcel in good order, well packaged and as promised.
only 5 minutes wait when I called, and at least you speak to someone helpful...

Bought a white Bristan dual handle…

Bought a white Bristan dual handle budget mono kitchen sink white mixer tap. Really bad design - you turn it off and the water doesn't stop flowing immediately. It spits out / expels the last bit of water after you've turned the tap off. It also continues to drip slowly once it's spat out the last of the water in the tap. When you turn it on, the water comes out with such force, that it sprays the surrounding area with water, which you then have to wipe up. This is a waste of water. The water should be in the sink, not the surrounding work surface.
Tap n Shower keep referring me to Bristan's policies, which I don't think is appropriate, as I bought the tap directly from them; not Bristan. I have asked for a refund as the tap drips, however because it has been fitted I now have to jump through hoops. Send a video of dripping tap. Send a longer video of dripping tap. Chase up as not heard back from Tap n Shower. Then send them what the water pressure is. Still waiting to hear back. An engineer will probably need to come and visit to see if he can rectify the drip. I don't want the tap. I've paid a plumber to install it (as you can't tell visually it will drip). Will have to pay again to have it uninstalled, so I'm out of pocket, and Tap n Shower have not provided me with an address to send the returned tap to. Nor have they answered my query about my rights re online purchasing and right to return the tap and get a refund. Query still ongoing and unresolved. The good part is, if you don't work office hours you can get through to speak to actual human beings, not robots.

Abode Pico Quad monobloc taps

While upgrading composite kitchen sink, I decided to change taps at same time. I liked the look of Abode Pico Quad monobloc brushed nickel and a quick search showed tap 'n shower to be the best price. After checking that they were in stock, I ordered them online. Process was straight forward with excellent communication and swift delivery. Taps were very well packaged and look great! Would definitely recommend tap'n shower.🙂👍

Great customer service

I ordered basin and bath taps. Nice website site, good product range and the prices were competitive. However, when I received the order one of the tap disks was cracked. The customer service team were very helpful and quickly arranged a replacement.

The Hansgroher Focus M21

The Hansgroher Focus M21 with satin finish swivel kitchen tap that I wanted was out of stock in the UK. It was about 4 weeks before I received it but it's well worth the wait. A good solid-feeling action. And Tap N Shower staff answered my query about it, promptly.

Good …

Bought a Geberit back to wall toilet 4in1 package. Item arrived on time and all well.
After order there wasn’t a huge amount of comms on when the item would be dispatched but I was able to ring and speak to someone to find out. Item arrived when they said it would.

Slightly mixed experience

Slightly mixed experience. First off the good bit, new flush plate arrived about two weeks after order and at very competitive price.

The not so good ordered on a Saturday and no order confirmation. Waited til Tuesday then went on the site and put order details into chatbot but nothing back. Overnight got an order confirmation email but nothing on delivery date. Another three days later week later got your item about to ship and then Dpd delivered a couple days later. So end result ok but an email after you place order confirming with delivery details fairly standard and if you don’t get one you start to feel a bit worried where your moneys gone
