Relviable website

I ordered bunch of stuff and several times. They are all good! The customer service helped to check the delivery time. It was accurate. When I ordered wrong stuff, they also connected Hansgrohe and got me the adapter. Thanks again! I would love to recommend this company.

We ordered an Ideal bath from this…

We ordered an Ideal bath from this supplier but when it arrived is was completely broken in one corner. There was nothing on the packaging to suggest this damage and the delivery man had just left it on the drive without ringing the doorbell. We didn't open the box for a week as we weren't ready to fit the bath but when we did we were shocked at the damage. I contacted Tap n Shower immediately but they said that because we hadn't reported the damage within 24 hrs we were not due a refund. This seemed incredible and also there was no small print I could find that said we had to do so. After a lot of phone calls and wrangling and having to be pretty strong minded we were offered half the value in refund which we took because it was just making us unhappy to have to keep fighting. I still think this was very unfair and we should have been refunded without question. I will happily remove this review if they were willing to pay us the rest!

A Happy Customer

We ordered a new mixer tap (Deva Tudor monoblock with pop-up waste) from Tapnshower. It was priced well below other suppliers and arrived very speedily. We're delighted with our purchase and will choose Tapnshower again when we need similar products.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service, the item was not in stock and was delayed by 4 weeks, so I advised this to my installer and was booked back in 4 weeks later to fit this item. Then surprisingly the item was delivered in 2 weeks and I was unable to get it fitted. When my installer returned to install this unit it was not correct and Tapnshower would not replace/ refund me for this item, see E mail reply below

Service, price, delivery 5*

Needed another Geberit dual flush toilet system for a neighbour. Previously used another firm where the service was awful.
Didn't help that the exact model is out of production. Simple e mail to Tap'n Shower got a simple reply ' yes, this one will fit.'
Down in a few days, good price and, yes, it does fit although, no fault of TnS , I was reminded that the captioned instructions made no sense whatsoever.
There's only another c170 same units on our estate, so will probably be in contact again.

First class service…

I ordered a replacement toilet unit on 11th April which was needed urgently. Amelia got in touch and promised me my order would dealt with immediately. She kept in touch by email with the latest updates and I was amazed when it arrived on 14th at 9.15am! Well done Amelia, you are a credit to your company. With a weekend following my order this was fantastic service. Thank you.

Sort your systems out

Sort your systems out, it’s 2025 guys. Ordered Monday, product said est. 1-4 days. On the Friday I rang to check the status of the delivery, it’s not been sent from Hansgrohe in Germany yet and likely due Wednesday. My issue here is that there was no email communication on this. Had you emailed say a minimum 1 day prior to the final estimated day that the order was still in ‘processing’ and likely not going to arrive on time, that would’ve given me time to arrange a different product next day delivery. Now instead I have a plumber arriving Monday with taps that aren’t here. Nice one. I repeat, sort your systems out. Delays happen, I get it, but informing customers regularly on their orders is something you can do so they can make informed choices. Offer of a refund is too little too late I’m afraid. Won’t be using you again.

Great customer service when Kartell declined.....

I purchased some Kartell radiators at a good price, knowing that they would be shipped direct from the manufacturer. Unfortunately Kartell is terrible at confirming delivery windows (no times given, wrong day, etc.) and 3 radiators had issues on delivery (damage and manfacturing paint faults). Eventually the problems were resolved after 3 more deliveries scheduled and I was able to install the radiators. Tapnshower followed the issues and helped me reach a resolution with Kartell, which Kartell had originally declined. All credit to Tapnshower from seeing the problem from the customer's side and pushing Kartell to step up. Great customer service from Adam.
