Number failed to track the item with United Parcel Service

I ordered a super sharp looking black gloss shower, considerably cheaper than well known plumbing chains(I contacted 3 major suppliers and none of them could match the online price or in fact get anywhere near it). Not only did I save at least 30 %(included delivery) it was delivered within 2 days which was brilliant! I would certainly use this service again and recommend to my friends.

I order an Aqualisa Quartz shower valve and received a Aqualisa Dual switch. When I phoned in to report this, I was told (Very apologetic to be fair) that a refund would be made and that I would have to repeat the process to order. Not happy and ordered the product elsewhere.

Ordered early pm one day chose 3 - 5 day free delivery, the pump was delivered the following am! If only other companies would be this expediant after taking your money. A most pleasent experience, would recommend to others.Thank you.

Bought 2 new showers as had a combi boiler fitted and olds ones didnt work.Went for tritan and ideal standard showers Both good quality clear instructions and look good.Went for cool touch which I feel was really important and works well.Head on ideal standard shower particularly good.Service from supplier excellent, good communication and quick delivery .I wasnt in for delivery but easy to collect from depot.Pleased with products and would recommend.
