Order was sent to wrong address and…

Order was sent to wrong address and when we tried to order a replacement the “support” operator was a condescending prick. Only way to get help is to buy a whole new one. Didn’t offer any sort or help or anything to be considered “customer service” STAY AWAY from this company, they have little regard for their customer

You can Download google review link for free on your site page

Purchased 3 tags thinking these would help the business - tried to use and customer didn’t have log in for google account so couldnt review (your customer will need a google account for these to work)
These tags are the same as using the free link on your google business page so save your money as no need to purchase what you can get for free

Clients Love The Tap Tag

I run an SEO/Marketing/Web Development agency and I recently started using the Tap Tag cards as gifts for my clients. The customized cards look really clean and professional and everyone I have given one of these cards to has been very impressed. I also had a bit of an issue recently which customer service was able to resolve quickly, which was very much appreciated.

The only feedback I would give would be to optimize the membership tiers a bit more. I feel they are a bit expensive compared to the free profiles. However the free profiles do provide quite a bit of value.

Will definatly be ordering more cards for future marketing clients.

Great Experience with TapTag Team

I was looking into getting a metal business card, but didn't know how to go about the process of everything. I worked together with the TapTag team on their website and over email about the design and how I wanted everything to look. They were very accommodating and patient throughout the whole process and I love how it came out. Definitely recommend to use when looking for digital business cards.

T$7er “the owner” is the same guy that…

T$7er “the owner” is the same guy that answers the chatbot when you have an inquiry. helpful one day and painfully condescending the next. I submitted artwork to the business’ email and the owner took some creative liberties and just changed my design. Then I was told he wasn’t a graphic designer and I just needed to submit the order. Then claimed he was missing dozens of prospective customers by wasting time answering my questions. Well, I used the online tool to design something I was quite happy with. I submitted that and somehow T$7er engraved half of my design correctly as I wanted it. Then jacked up my company logo and laser engraved a metal NFC card. When it arrived, I saw that it looked like a kindergartener tinkered with the design using crayons. I contacted T$7er “the owner” to explain my NFC card was hideous. He said that he didn’t provide custom design proofs for final approval. WHAT? I was then told that he would not be reprinting my card and I should send it back for a full refund. I returned the card with insurance and a tracking number. It was in their mailbox within two days. I was never refunded. I got Visa involved and about 10 weeks later the case was closed. I received a favorable ruling because T$7er “the owner” chose to ignore my Visa’s contact with his little garage business. When it was all said and done I got about 40 misprints for free.

If I could give zero stars based on customer service, I would

If I were to make my decision to purchase based solely on my experience chatting with a very snarky customer "service" rep today, I'd keep my money. Unbelievably condescending, presumptuous, and dismissive. He is clearly from a generation that knows nothing about the importance of a high EQ, people skills, and basic customer service etiquette.

At one point, very shortly into the messaging, he actually said "I do not think our products are for you, they are technical and this is the early-adopter phase of this technology so you need a slight technical knowledge of how they work." Of course, I told him I have technical knowledge, but that I had never used one of these before. No reply whatsoever, so I left the chat.

I went on to read trustpilot and judgeme reviews. I had read a review of someone saying they'd bought 3. Having never bought one of these, I assumed it was because there was a reason one would actually NEED three, so I asked him. It confused me, because everything online is touting as only needing one card. It was a simple, innocent question that clearly annoyed him enough to walk away (chat status indicates), so after a bit, I texted "Anything to offer?" After about a minute (long time in text world, as we all know), he came back and typed "nothing to offer." Perhaps he didn't understand my question.

I decided to tell him exactly what I'm putting in this review, and he wrote (assuming I'm a man): "Sir; I seriously do not recommend you buying our products, there are no returns, you will not understand this product and I foresee it being an issue in the future so it is best if we go our separate ways
- all of your questions could have been answered by spending 3 mins it’s on our home page and having general knowledge of NFC.!" (Note the exclamation mark and - grammar/punctuation mistakes.) I just now noticed. Wow.) I'm assuming he got this irrational because I was asking questions that he wouldn't need to ask.

That is all I needed to hear to push me away from this purchase, which I was actually quite excited to get.
