I recently attended a course run by Claire Moody for the first time in a long time I felt part of something and that’s such a skill to bring people together over a zoom call and make them feel connected.

Brilliant course, Claire is very friendly and engaging and made me feel very comfortable. Content flowed well and focused on the areas needed by the group. Communication was very good, with all the necessary information for logging on via zoom/phone and also follow up emails with all the content covered. Thank you

I've just completed the 2 day coaching course and I have to say I'm a different person to the one that joined the course. The content, the structure, the mix of learning and practical exercises, really embedded the knowledge and skills. Claire is an exceptional trainer, not just in her knowledge on the subject, but in her enthusiasm and delivery. I can not recommend Claire and the team highly enough.

This was the best training I've ever received, credit to Ralph for his brilliant ability to teach and guide me through all the content. I've been fortunate enough to receive various training opportunities working for big companies in my career, and this one was the best yet. I would highly recommend Target Training.

I have never been one for online learning, but my 2-day 1 on 1 course with Claire was a real eye-opener for me and it was an absolute pleasure and a delight to meet Claire and to begin my new journey with her. If I could rate the Coaching Skills Course 10 out of 5, I would! Anyone feeling reserved due to the new online experience, bite the bullet and give it a go - you will not be disappointed!

I recently spent 2 days with Ralph Moody on a train the trainer course. Now I'm the sort of guy who blushes when you have to introduce yourself so when I heard there would be many times to present to the group, my heart sank.....Ralph has found a way to deliver engaging and effective training and for someone like me who isn't keen on public speaking, I was brought out of my shell and aced my final presentation. I had a great 2 days training and by far the best I have been on. Well done Ralph, I went in hating but came out loving the course.

The best course i have been on by far Ralph has to be one of the best people i have met in my life, what an absolutely fantastic course to have been a part of, i have gained amazing skills an practises to go forward with, i would recommend this course to anyone it give you an insite on how useful you can be where your strengths and weaknesses are and how to utilise them. thank you very much Ralph.

I attended the two day "Trainer trainer" Course. Ralph the course leader was a great role model for the course and company with his professionals approach and ability to make you feel at ease. Not only did he teach important trainer skills, he instilled confidence in the class over public speaking and helped progress everyone. I would have no hesitation in recommending Target Training to colleagues.

I recently completed the Train the Trainer course with Target Training. I was slightly apprehensive about the course but I had no reason to be - both Ralph and Claire were absolutely brilliant! Both incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. They created a safe space to test and hone new trainer skills and provided excellent feedback for further development. Most notably, they have a fantastic ability to instil confidence and help you realise your true potential. I will be highly recommending this course to all colleagues and peers. Look forward to training with you both again in the future!

Really worthwhile course- Ralph did a great job in keeping everyone engaged and also teaching us what we needed to know. Usually a difficult thing- the Zoom meeting was run very well and went very smoothly with no issues.

I recently completed the Train The Trainer Course. I was nervous about attending the course as I knew nothing about it and my company enrolled me. After working with Ralph, I quickly realised I had nothing to worry about.

As a recent delegate on the 2-day Train the Trainer course, I can honestly say this was one of the best training courses I've experienced in a career peppered with training courses. The course leader was really friendly and encouraging, extremely knowledgeable and supportive. He made all the concepts appear so accessible and it was surprising how quickly the group picked them up. The learning culture created was inviting and secure so I felt comfortable in taking risks in some of the demonstrative activities. On that, the course is very practical and even the theory (which can bog down the pace of other training) was delivered in an engaging and effective way. There was always a practical outcome in which to apply the techniques being taught: the 2 days flew by. As a result of the course, I now feel much more confident in my abilities as a trainer and cannot wait to start putting everything into practice. I highly recommend Target Training.

Excellent training course, the course was delivered very well. Ralph is an excellent tutor and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend both the company and the course i have just undertaken to colleague's and friends.
