Excellent two days spent with Claire, this course exceeded my expectations and taught me valuable skills that I can now take forward into my job.
Claire was friendly, patient and knowledgeable - she created a fantastic atmosphere for learning, putting us all at ease.

Train the Trainer with Ralph Moody was brilliant. I can’t emphasize enough how practical this course was - so refreshing from tick box training elsewhere. I highly recommend this course for those seeking to up their game when delivering training as I personally found this course useful in helping me identify best practices to improve my own work. This course provided a valuable source insight and left me feeling confident I could take any group on and train them.

Ralph and his team delivered a fantastic two day train the trainer course which exceeded my (high) expectations. The team go above and beyond to deliver exceptional, effective and practical training. Communication is great and content top class. Highly recommended!

I attended a 2 day train the trainer course and the workshop was fun, informative and I learned such a lot in the 2 days. Lifelong training skills that I will take forward and use throughout my working life. What inspired me the most was the Training Lead, a bright, engaging and extremely knowledgable lady called Claire. Claire was extremely patient and literally nothing was too much bother. I thoroughly enjoyed the 2 days. Claire inspired me that much that I have ordered one of her books from Amazon. Thank you so much Claire, you truly are a natural "light house" and a lovely person.

Did my first of 2 training courses with Target over Zoom. I must admit I was apprehensive about completing training over Zoom as I didn't feel I would get the most out of the day. Scott really focused on meeting my needs, he tailored the day to my learning style to ensure I maximised my return. He was friendly and took his time to make sure I got the most out of the two days. The course content was incredible useful, and I am excited to move onto the next course next week with Ralph.

The company are easy to communicate with, they are extremely accommodating and helpful and I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for training.

I attended the Target Training, Train the Trainer Essentials 1 day course and found it very informative and useful in re-enforcing and developing my training skills. The course was delivered by Ralph virtually in a 1 to 1 full day session, the course was delivered at a comfortable place and Ralph used the techniques he was teaching me ensure my understanding of the subject matter.
I would highly recommend Target Training for the Train the Trainer Training and will be using the techniques and skills learnt to improve my delivery of training going forward.

Such a great experience. Everything about the two days was informative and engaging. I have learnt so much that I can begin to implement into my own work, and I am very grateful to Scott for all the hard work he put into out group to ensure we got the most out of the experience.

Ralph and Claire are absolutely fantastic and so was the Train the Trainer course which exceeded my expectations in every way. Wow, what an exceptional TTT course with Ralph and Claire! From beginning to end the course was well designed and choked full of applicable tips, practise (with an s!) and solid feedback. We had an amazing 4 day TTT session with Ralph and Claire. I had learned a lot through these 4 days and I am now much more confident in applying my newly learned skills in training.

Ralph and Claire were super patient and was great with providing feedback on areas of improvement. Of course, also fun!

Thoroughly enjoyed it. It may sound like it was long at 4 hours each day but it went by very quickly!

Our team has just completed a 4 day TTT course by Ralph and Claire and it was outstanding. An amazing mix of learning new skills, practise and getting solid and useful feedback. One of our internal trainers has already used some of the new questioning techniques in a session and was directly asked by one of the course attendees how she did it and if she could teach him! no better recommendation.

We had the pleasure of having a 4 day TTT course with Ralph, and Claire joined for 2 days. They gave 100%! In fact I don't know how Ralph kept such energy for a 4 hour session in the morning with one group and the very same with another each afternoon! These are a very special couple who clearly really care that they have such great impact. Super skilled, patient, fun and they definitely know their stuff. Pushy in a good way! If you are in an L&D function with a largish global corporate company like ours, you will not get better to teach you how to enhance training skills. Bravo Claire and Ralph for creating such a practical and highly enjoyable course with plenty of newly acquired skills to implement immediately. I literally witnessed my team gain much new confidence

Absolutely amazing …highly recommend the coaching skills course as delivered by Claire Moody. Clearly an expert and passionate about ensuring coaches have the correct skills. It was also a fun session and Claire is very personable and made a point of getting to know my needs. I met Ralph too along the way - fab team and very efficient paperwork follow-up.

Where do I begin? Well, the two day course was easily one of the best courses I have ever attended, the atmosphere and the instructor made the experience worth while.

I went into the room not knowing what the outcome would be, slightly nervous and anxious as it was a new skill to learn which I was sure I couldn't do, but in the first 30 minutes, you are instantly greeted by a warm welcome, you get to know everyone in the room and you are instantly connected as a team.

The course material itself was well structured and the information was so easy to pick up. I can only put this down to the company and to the instructor (what an amazing person.)

For anyone who is questing whether to attend this course, go for it, if anything the experience is something worth doing.

Ralph and the team at Target Training Associates were superb from concept through to execution. We selected Target Training based on their experience and ILM affiliation for a group training session of 8x full-time employees. The team at Target training were professional, engaging and have helped my team to become accredited trainers. We will 100% be working with them again and would highly recommend.

Would highly recommend the 'Train the Trainer' course having just completed. I have done many of these in the past and this was certainly not the usual tick the box, waste of time that i expected.
Ralph managed to hold together a very difficult group and everyone will have taken away different aspects which will help us as a business.

I have recently finished my third workshop with Claire, each consisting of four, weekly sessions.
From the off, Claire puts you at ease with her friendly approach. Claire is an amazing host/trainer, knowledgable in her field and beyond. Supportive and kind.
I cannot wait to sign up to the next workshop.
