I lie the protective features of the case, but you can not charge your pencil without removing the iPad from the case.

It has a good quality and the beg's protection is better than other back packs

This is my third target purchase, my first two being covers for my iPads. This third purchase is a briefcase to hold my apple notebook and its assorted items. I love that the color. Is dark gray so it won’t show dirt very well and should look nice for a very long time. but that is all incidental. the targets products are so well constructed and intuitive.
I just love your products, and I would love them even more if they were made in America!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong case for my tablet. I was assisted with the return of the one I ordered in error, and received in a very timely fashion the replacement I purchased as well.

I had bought a Targus charging adapter kit for my Acer notebook about 2 years ago after the original one died.
Over the past weeks, I noticed that the tip was not seating as well as it used to, and was not consistently charging. I figured that the tip was worn from my repeated plugging and unplugging it into my laptop.
I bought a replacement tip, and it fits very snug - works great now. Thank you!

Great quality keyboard for excellent price

The product was as described. It looks amazing and is highly functional for what I need. Best product I have used of this type. I would not use anything else.

I am happy I bought this bag, even loaded up it is not to heavy. I also like the ability to organize with the different pockets. I wished it came in navy, then I would have two.

I have bought a Targus cover each time I bought a new iPad. I like the way it protects my iPad and turns 360 around so I can view the screen in all directions.

Fantastic product. I can now play games with intense graphics on my lap, without the laptop overheating.

If I could give Targus 0 stars, I would. Targus does not fix their mistakes or honor their lifetime warranty. I sent a broken backpack in and despite the correct address being sent with the bag, on the box, and on the messages prior to sending it in, they shipped the backpack to an old address I haven’t lived at for years. Instead of fixing their mistake, they told me to go to the other house and ask for the package. I am not going to someone else’s house I don’t know to demand a package that I don’t even know if they kept. They probably returned to sender, if Targus actually sent it to begin with! Completely unreasonable request when Targus made the mistake! In the messages back and forth, which took months, they just said, “We won’t be shipping a replacement.” Don’t purchase anything of theirs; Targus doesn’t know the meaning of customer service, especially when they’re at fault and they won’t honor their lifetime warranty!!

The I pad cover was the wrong size and I was able to return it and get a credit without any problems .

Just what I wanted. A firm cover for my iPad mini that would serve as an easel when viewing and had the go to sleep feature when closed. This is it. Turns on with opening, turns off when closed.
