Tarhus 

I am disgusted with this company. My 13 year old daughter spent her Christmas money on a bag. It was £55. The bag was missold as the straps are too short to wear on her shoulder. We checked the website address and saw the company was based in Spain so went ahead with the purchase.

It took 4 weeks to arrive. When it did we discovered it was not fit for purpose. I wrote for the return address.

The real story begins here, first I had to take photos and provide a video of it not being fit for purpose, after 7 days of asking and being offered 20% and then 30% discount not to return it, I had to be quite blunt and demand the address.

The returns address is in china and we have to pay for the full postage which is disgusting as the fault is either with the design or the marketing, but definitely not with my daughter who would be using the bag now if it met their marketing blurb.

I asked for a returns label several times and offered to pay £5 towards postage but this company is a scam, they are just a front so people are duped into buying cheap Chinese rubbish for European prices. They are very difficult to deal with when things are not right. Do not buy from them.

I received the sunglasses i ordered. Frame broke in 2 hour's. I wanted a refund they wanted pix of the broken sunglasses. I supplied those. Next thing they said we have already sent a replacement pair. Same thing, broken arm in frame. I asked for a refund. Same thing and when they saw the pix they said ok. If you haven't heard from us in 48 hours. Email us and remind about the refund. When I did that they said they had sent a replacement pair. After considerable time I emailed them again they said that they had sent them and it would be a good idea to contact my carrier. Which I did and only 2 packages had been delivered to me . I had all corresponding numbers as well. I ended up having to report the situation to my bank. After a month or so my money was refunded through the bank. Not a good recommendation for Tarhus. Never again!!!!

I do not believe this company exists. I have been waiting for a sleeveless sweater since before Christmas and when it did not arrive requested my money back. I have been waiting for nearly 3 months and have contacted Tarhus to be politely told my refund is on its way. I believe this company is a sham and “Lisa” is probably AI. Stay away.

I bought this dress thinking the color might be risky, but it’s perfect. Looked great straight out of the package, no ironing needed.

These sunglasses fit perfectly and don’t slide around when I’m moving. They feel way more expensive than they are.

I grabbed this tote last minute and now it’s my daily bag. Handles feel strong and the leather is soft but structured.

These sandals are cute and comfortable, but they do run a bit narrow. Still kept them because they look amazing on.

I’m picky with summer dresses but this one nailed it. Light, breathable and not see through thankfully.

I took a chance on this dress and wow, it looks even better in real life. The fabric drapes nicely and doesn’t cling in weird places. I didn’t even bother ironing it and it still looked great. Delivery updates were constant, which I actually appreciated. Definitely felt like a good purchase.

This tote bag turned into my everyday bag really fast. The straps feel strong and the size is just right.

Didn’t expect to like this cardigan so much. It’s simple, soft and easy to style with anything.

These packing cubes were such a random buy but I’m glad I did it. Packing felt way less chaotic this time. I even messaged support about washing them and they replied really fast, super nice too. They still look new after use. Would buy again.

The handheld steamer actually works, which shocked me. Tried it on a wrinkled shirt and it smoothed out fast. It’s replaced my iron completely. For what stores charge for similar stuff, this feels like a bargain. Didn’t expect to use it this much.

The bath towels are soft and dry way quicker than my old ones. Didn’t expect that tbh.

I ordered this jumper on a whim and ended up loving it. It’s cozy without being heavy and layers really well. The way it came folded made a great first impression. No weird smell, which is always a risk online. Already thinking about getting another color.

I wasn’t planning on loving this robe as much as I do. It’s light but somehow still super cozy, like hotel level cozy. The fit is relaxed without looking sloppy, which I like. Shipping was quick and I got tracking updates right away. I basically live in this now lol.

These joggers surprised me. Comfortable enough for all day wear and still look clean.

I ordered some trainers. They took about 4 weeks to arrive and then when they did, and didnt fit, Tarhus offered me a 30% refund. Don't order from this company.

This backpack ended up being my weekday companion. I carry my laptop, charger, a notebook, and somehow it still zips without feeling stuffed. The straps feel cushioned, not those thin ones that dig into your shoulders.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

They sent my items to the wrong address. And then deflected said reponsibility to the local courier of the area. They made me travel to the incorrect address and contact the courier. Later, the courier told me that said matters lie with Tarhus. And so, when I finished investigated everything, the company cut communication with me and ran away. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The whole process took a month!!!
