Excellent company to deal with

Excellent company to deal with, super helpful and answered my questions quickly. With their help I ordered a selection of outdoor pillows in complimentary designs. Very impressed with the high quality craftsmanship of these pillows. Will be purchasing more soon!

Item was not as pictured

Item was not as pictured. Contacted to return as indicated, multiple times, and received no response. Terrible cheap looking product and non existent customer service.

Beware! Pillows are overpriced and non-returnable.

I ordered indoor pillows for my living room that were called "handcrafted" and "made to order." When I received them, I was completely disappointed. The material felt like outdoor pillow material such as you might find on porch pillows from Walmart. Can I return them? No. From their website: "We cannot accept returns of non-faulty goods because the products have been personalised (sic) or customised (sic) specifically for you." This is nonsense. There was nothing "personalized" or "customized" about these pillows. I attempted to leave a review. They have never posted it. They do have reviews, and they all seem to be five stars! Isn't that convenient. I emailed them asking why my review had not been posted, and I have had no response. Don't waste your money. Their pillows are way overpriced for what you get, and you can't send them back (even at your own expense) if you don't like them.
