I have just placed my last order because we are moving to a gas fuelled house.
We have dealt with Tates for 20 years and they have never, ever let us down.
We live in an isolated spot and drivers always find us. The sales staff are knowledgeable and courteous and the drivers likewise.
I cannot recommend Tates highly enough.

I deal with Matty Rawes and Tamsyn Ayre. They are a fantastic credit to Tate oil and both are always so helpful and quick to reply.
We are all in stressful times at the moment with energy costs , but both Matty and Tamsyn do their very best to make the process of ordering oil as easy as possible.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Tate for their good customer service and especially to the driver (Andrew Parr) that came to my house this morning to deliver my oil.

I had been using another firm for a while and the man that always comes is so grumpy and complains about the access every time (which to be fair isn’t the best but I always ask for the smaller tanker as the bin wagon manages ok).

I got fed up of it so looked around and chose Tate. Andrew was so cheerful and pleasant despite the awful weather.

I also got a text beforehand saying they were coming as I requested in the instructions and Andrew followed it up with a phone call (which I missed) and then another one informing me he was 20 minutes away.

I didn’t know the drivers name so I used messenger to ask and once again very quick and pleasant service.

Great service and the price was competitive too!!

Ben could not have been more helpful in setting up an account and explaining everything, fuel delivered the day after ordering. Driver telephoned to say delivery complete. Courteous and friendly service.

After the delivery of our heating oil this morning, I needed to call Tate Oil to sort an administrative issue and spoke to Matty. I found him extremely helpful and the issue was resolved very quickly, Great customer service.

when prices rocketed! i phoned up for my usual delevery as i was with them for years i was told they could not supply me any for at least 2weeks and bill would be sround 1200.00 and that in 2 weeks it could be even more . i explained i had 2 babys in hous cooked on oil aga hot water on oil heating on oil they said they could not help i phoned crown oil explained circumstances and they delivered oli to me by end of week at 200.00 less . loyalty?

Marcus couldn’t have been more helpful. He went the extra mile when setting up our account and was professional and friendly and made it hassle free. Highly recommend Tate.

Absolutely fantastic service from tate oil.. we had run out of oil and they swapped things about delivery wise do we could get some oil ASAP...and they even offered to send an engineer free if the boiler wasn't working; as it was probably air locked .. I cannot thank this company enough! We've used tate oil for years and they've been brilliant.. I cannot praise and thank them enough!

My go to company for all my fuel needs. I have ordered from Tate Oil with my previous employer and still continue to use them within my new employment. The customer service is fantastic, I have always dealt with Stacey Cousins, who has always been there for us as a business, always going the extra mile and she always offers competitve if not cheaper prices. Very highly reccomended.
