I ordered my new car in May this year, I was told a factory build would take 5-6 months, but I was so happy when the car was delivered to site three months later,the whole sales team at tates Crawley were so professional and very helpful they kept me fully informed every few weeks, handover was great along with a good level of aftersales follow up.

I would highly recommend tates Crawley if your looking to buy a new car.

I would like to give the reasons for giving a 3 star rating I was very impressed with Max(5 Star ⭐️) Sales Executive unfortunately there was a minor part missing which was a dust cover for one of the usb ports 4 months later I'm still waiting for this to be rectified, also the car was in the bodyshop whilst in there the parcel shelf where it is secured the retaining part in the boot was bent & still waiting for that to be replaced, after sales service just 1star

Ian and Max are just great! They are the main reason we bought our latest Hyundai from them instead of another dealer closer to where we live.

The car was the age/price/mileage we were looking for and a more recent model of our current car, which we knew would be able to manage all the trips we would need to do.

I have had a good experience with tates cars. My finance agreement was coming to an end on my citroen car. I went into the store and Callum went through different options of new cars. Whilst i was waiting for my new car i was kept in the loop. When it came to collect my new car and hand my old car in the change over was swift, no issues at all, everything was explained very well. Callum was very friendly along with his other members of the team. Nothing's ever too much and always happy to help and always just a phone call away.
