Waste of time and don’t give instant quotes . A simple quote I looked for from Dublin to Perth for a hatchback . Sent all details and was told it would take 24 hours 🤣🤣🤣🤣waste of time and false advertising

Shipped vehicle from UK to Fremantle with no problems and good service except they unfortunately under quote and then over charge to make up for it. They then pass the query around different departments until you get tired of it and give up.
BEWARE !!

Further to above review I have had no offer of recompense and no plausible explanation except the less than truthful justification for the Panama Canal levy which they say is a mistake and should be for the Suez Canal but the shipping company inform me that the ship went via the Cape and didn't use either canal.
I have now given up as their explanations cant be trusted.
They have charged for services that were not quoted and manipulated the currency exchange to suit themselves.
Have now received reply as can be seen here.
Of course the quote is 4 months old it took Taurus 2 months to get it on a ship and a further month of shipping. All lame excuses and still no explanations. Not to be trusted !!!!
