Not Happy
I ordered items on the 8th December 2023 and it's now the 20th December 2023 and nothing has arrived. I have Emailed the company twice and had no response. I tried three different phone numbers and they are not in use. I now wonder if this company is a scam as I cannot get hold of them and they haven't replied to my Emails. Not happy.
Since posting this on Trustpilot I received an email stating that I would get a full refund, which I have now got, and 25% off any new order. Thank you Taurus Tape

There was a slight issue with delivery but this was the delivery company rather than Taurus but they were really helpful in finding out what was happening and following up. Used the product before and is excellent

Great product and great service! After speaking with Tom (Sales Executive), his own sporting experience allowed him to fully understand my post-injury needs and he was able to recommend the best product for the support I require.
