I highly discourage anyone from using…
I highly discourage anyone from using this platform. My tax advisor, Susana, has failed to inform me of the correct deadline for the submission of Modelo 210 (non resident tax), and I am now facing a fine from Hacienda for the late tax submission.
Taxfix are now washing their hands off any responsibility for the poor handling of my case, and I have been directly told that a professional tax advisor advising a client to submit "as soon as possible", without explicitly stating the due date, constitutes acceptable level of service. Their website makes false claims that they notify you of the deadlines for timely submission - only for me to be told after the fine has been issued that "it was my responsibility to monitor the deadlines". I thought this was precisely the point of having an accountant?
The company is a scam and I seriously doubt the professional credentials of their accountants, as such a basic thing would have unlikely slipped through the cracks of a qualified professional.

Avoid at any cost
Avoid at any cost, they have missed my deadlines for Q2 Tax report, kept assuring me that everything is under control and that they will handle everything in time, but they didn't and now I have to do everything by myself just when 1 day left until the deadline, their accountant prepared a tax report on 17th of July with mistakes in it, better to find another service or handle it by yourself
