Avoid if you value your money and your time
They failed to fulfill their obligations, and as a result I was fined due to their mistake. Staff repeatedly promised a resolution "soon" and even claimed the fine would be refunded alongside my tax return — which is simply false, as these are entirely separate procedures under Spanish law. After nearly two years, the misinformation continues. Customer support also isn't helping at all with this issue.
I am now pursuing formal legal action at my own expense — which, per their own contract, they are obligated to handle. Their own terms explicitly state that the consultant bears liability when the error is theirs. But don't count on it; it's better to choose a different service.

Unfortunately my tax agent I got assigned never replied to my questions and did not even read them. I had to ask around 5x until they were answered, and even then she never replied to all of them and just sent an automated chatGPT answer. Very unprofessional service.
