To late
Yesterday I made a reservation for my boss, because he is from outside of the Netherlands. I filled in the time the taxi had to pick him up and also gave the information when his flight landed.
Even though the taxi driver came a half hour late, because he thought he had more luggage. I would have preferred the taxi would call on the time of landing and questioned about the luggage instead making the decision.

Excellent experience
The booking was late on a Sunday, due to a communication error with my family, the booking was easily made and confirmed online; and the driver came at 0430 promptly the following day.
Nice clean car and courteous guy. It couldn't have been easier or nicer.
