A lot of people are talking negative…

A lot of people are talking negative things about bolt drivers, I am a bolt driver and I have something negative to say about the company and customers.

The client chooses bolt to ride because it is very cheap for them, just imagine 30 minutes ride they only pay 4$ because they have discounts for using bolt the first time, imagine the loss for the driver and if you think bolt company pays back all the discount to the driver I can give you a screenshot of my conversation with bolt representative and they can’t even give me a straight answer.....I am sure the poor girl which I am corresponding with is just following the company’s guidelines but to be honest this bolt company is the worst from driver perspective....it is too cheap to make ends meet., you drive a whole day as a driver and you make 100$, commissions is taken, your gas/petrol/design, the car oil, the mileage is up and your time is included so how much you think a driver will take home., you can’t be bolt driver to feed your family and pay bills, the worst company ever.

Be very careful with this bunch of cowboys ! I Ordered a taxi around 2am and it showed £42.50 to £50 fare which i accepted - I have never done this route so laid my trust in the company ! By the time i arrive and i get home i check my fare is £68 ! We had no traffic or surge or anything ! He took the most silly route and longest route ever when i checked on google,I made a complaint with bolt and the customer service adviser came back to me after speaking to the driver,He claimed i told him to go the that way ???? I didn't even speak to him - Bolt will rather stand by there lieing drivers than customers as they are struggling for new recruits to drive for them ! I am not surprised their ratings all over the internet are so bad ! Steven KT10

Awful services

Awful services. Accidentally left my phone his car which I was tracking he repeatedly told me that the phone wasn’t in the car. Finally after an hour admitted to the phone being in the car and offered to drop it off at my house but he wouldn’t give me the phone till I paid him 100 pounds in cash. Awful awful awful service, will never be using them again. Uber all the way.

I use bolt but they come to wrong…

I use bolt but they come to wrong address and then charge me for waiting. It is their fault not mine. If you stuck in traffic they start charging extra. They also take longer routes to charge extra they are not cheap more expensive

The worst ridesharing app around

The worst ridesharing app around. Notoriously slow. I booked my ride and for 10 mins it kept saying the driver is 1 minute away. I tried to cancel the ride but the app kept freezing, so I had to rely on Uber. A few minutes after I got a notification that I got a £6 fine for not showing up with no useful information on how to dispute that. Abysmal experience. Do not bother downloading it!

This is the worst and most fraudulent…

This is the worst and most fraudulent company I have ever dealt with, I took a ride from my house at Magodo GRA in Lagos to Maryland near Ikeja, this ride was quoted btw N1100-N1300:00, on checking my account, I realised I was charged N2800:00, this prompted to review all my trips and it was clear that Taxify Nigeria is deliberately defrauding customers by overcharging. All my efforts to redress this problem was at no avail, it was swept under the carpet by their standard emails which came about one week after my complaint. There is a different regime in the UK, where the queries are dealt with quickly for fear of prosecution and license withdrawal.
Taxify or Bolt should understand that their license will always come for renewal in a country like UK where law and order is supreme, we are documenting all these fraudulent atrocities in Nigeria and it will be used against their application for renewal in the UK, we are consulting with top international lawyers in Nigeria who will take our group action up internationally, I think Taxify Nigeria has just stepped on the wrong toe! Please contact me by email if you’ve had similar experience so that we can join your claims for group action on no win no fee basis.

DISRESPECTFUL & UNPROFESSIONAL DRIVER

This is what I write to Bolt customer support:

This guy had a bad attitude from the beginning. His car was very dirty. He would not take me to the destination that was stated on his route and the address I requested. When I told him to please take me there because I have luggage to carry he cursed at me in Czech thinking I did not speak Czech. Absolutely unprofessional and very rude. Not a good way to start my weekend trip. Maybe next time I take Uber instead.

I also forgot to mention that when I asked him to drop me off on the other side of the freeway where my bus was he said the following: “ oh you take bus to airport? You have no money for taxi to airport?” And the he proceeded to laugh. So don’t give me any BS about any nervousness about parking or any other BS. He was just like any other Czech person and has no idea what Customer service and professionalism means.

It’s going to take ALOT more then promos to keep my business. I was humiliated today. OH and by the way you can tell him from me that live in an apartment that I bought for $1.5 million and am a CEO of my own company that staffs 125 people. So I just spend my money wisely.

So no response for that??? Very interesting. How do you guys stay in business with this lack of customer service and total disrespect. You Have lost my business and my companies business for sure. I will also post this experience and our exchange on every social media platform possible.

You have failed today.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER. AVOID!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER. If i could give it one star I would. I was going with my pregnant sister and nephew in the car and we were going to the hospital. As soon as I got in the car the driver was incredibly rude and was driving awfully, alongside the fact his car was smelling disgusting just like marijuana. My sister immediately began to feel like she was going to throw up and after some time he stopped the car as I let him know she was gonna throw up. Very bad service i’d rather use uber or Kapten. AVOID AVOID AVOID. If I could get my money back I would.

Terrible TERRIBLE customer support

Terrible TERRIBLE customer support. Last straw was: After using it abroad just 4 times, and then using it back in Lisbon again 2 times, the app defaulted to another country and they kept sending me discounts to that country, several messages later, several months later, they did not fix anything and I'm still somehow in the wrong country in their system. I used it a lot despite a couple of problems, never used it since.

(Bolt London) Excellent service

(Bolt London) Excellent service, when problem a occurred on my second time using the service. I spoke with customer service and although after explanation the error was caused by myself, they explained clearly and offered me a promotion code for the inconvenience. Great service!!

A faulty taxi arrived with a punctured…

A faulty taxi arrived with a punctured tyre - had to the wait en route at a garage while he inflated it - further on wanted us to wait while he changed tyres - all the while the clock running
We bailed out at that time nowhere near our destination
Still waiting for a response to my complaint
Have filed complaint with TfL as the car should not have been on the road in the circumstance as it is dangerous

if i could score them any lower i…

if i could score them any lower i would. my sister ordered with them for the first time tonight and the first driver wouldn't take her to croydon as he 'was going home to heathrow., and the second driver wouldn't take her 'because he would be late picking up his daughter from a party. she waitied over an hour for a third driver that was able to take her and my 6 year old niece home. What kind of company uses these useless drivers and how are they able to operate such a shambles of a service. utter crap and totally useless

I was left standing outside in the cold!!!

I was left standing outside a restaurant in the cold ! I tried to use my promo code and the app said my payment method had failed(for a free trip) I had tried using two other bank cards just to have the cars drive past me as the payment method had failed 3 times!
I had called up my bank and was told the company was refusing the payment, each time even though I had the money in each account. Well done bolt !! You haven’t just lost one customer you have lost a whole network of customers as I have told everyone I know not to use bolt ever again!

Such a rip off

Such a rip off! They quoted a price which I compared to Uber and it was cheaper do I went with them. I got a notification my CC had been charged the top end of their quote. When the final amount came through on the CC it was much more expensive than the top end quote.
Avoid these rip off merchants!

Dangerous!

Dangerous!

I took a ride with them (BOLT UK) and the driver was speeding and driving erratically. He was swerving in and out of traffic and flashing cars in front. He behaved aggressively and my friend and I were scared.
When I contacted their customer care team to report it I had to prove how scared we were by sending in text excerpts of our conversation. They offered me money off a new ride. NO THANK YOU. Also no information on what action was taken. I have photos of the spedometer and these have now been handed over to TFL.
