I am writing a 1-star review because all my attempts to solve my problem through Taxify Vilnius support have failed. I left a bag in the car, found out about it few minutes later. Called the number of the driver provided by Taxify, but the number did not work. I contacted Taxify support asking for help. They lied to me that driver was looking for me at the airport. Then they lied to me that driver took bag back to the pick up place and passed it to some happy people. Then simply stopped answering. This is a substandard service on the edge of fraud. Hopefully someone from Taxiy can investigate and help me find the bag (which by the way contained important family documents).

We were in Budapest and needed a ride to the airport. I searched for a number of options and decided to use the Taxify app to get a taxi. I woke up early, checked the app and thought, "good. there are plenty of taxis 6 minutes away." No problem. I finished packing and then got ready to call the taxi....25 minutes away. what? Peter, the driver who took the ride, was 30 minutes away! He called me three times, said he would be there. Then suddenly, without any notice, I saw him turn the opposite way on the map and then the ride disappeared. No call, no warning, nothing. He just dropped the ride. He didn't answer my call. This waas after waiting 25 minutes for him already (we had a plane to catch and I was a bit anxious). Fortunately, I hailed another ride and he was 5 minutes away. We did get there in plenty of time. However, as we entered the airport, the driver kept adding charges to the ride (+, +, +). It was only a few forints, but he never explained what the extras were for. I sent Taxify an email, but they never responded. Probably won't use them again!!!

Used twice on recent visit to Malta. One "test" trip short distance with Christina M, courteous, efficient and very reasonable price. Second journey from hotel to airport, again excellently priced in rush hour and the most pleasant taxi driver ever, Hassan E. Many visits to Malta, best taxi experiences from Taxify-safe, courteous drivers, not always the case in Malta!!!

I wrote on Taxify app two negative and very detailed reviews Non of them was published. I wonder how many in total they are not publishing.
Anyway, my comment or experience with Taxify is: Daylight Robbers.
Customer service is unbelievably inexperienced to deal with existing issues and instead to be in touch with you within, say, appropriate time they respond in 5 days, and then they just close the case without communication.
My case was: Fare from Bratislava Airport to Piestany, estimated price between 32 to 35 euros. I ended to pay 49 euros. No motorway traffic, No tolls, No route changing, basically no reason for adding extra 50% of estimated price to final price., As I say and I stand behind my opinion TAXIFY company is DAYLIGHT ROBBERS.

Used in Vienna. Price you see is not what you pay. Tiny small print, grey on grey, below cheap fare estimate states that "prices can change" and that they charge more than even taxis to thw ariprot from the center. Complaint brushed off as the correct fare can not be shown "due to technical issues"....that from a tech startup. Basically a fraud, avoid at all cost.

Had an issue with the driver clearly taking a longer route in my home city (he was from abroad), couldn't communicate in English and then charged me 2.5x more as predicted by the app.

Wrote to the support team on the same day (that's 4 days ago today) and still haven't received A SINGLE REPLY nor a refund. Not even an automated message saying something along the lines of: "We are very busy now with the recent increase in popularity of our app but we will be with you shortly".

For those thinking of using Taxify: Just get an uber, at least they have a proper custom service and this is what Taxify is blatantly skimping on.

Very bad customer service. They promise you a discount for a new user using your promo code but the discount doesn’t appear and the customer service is not responding.

How can you operate a taxi app in Australia and charge users foreign bank fees, without any warning?? Unacceptable! Just got stung by a bunch of these fees, looked it up and realise other people have mentioned the same thing in forums. Sort yourself out.

Overall not bad - but it would be so great if the app was a bit faster and had an easy ride-split feature. Happy Uber has a competitor now

Left my gloves in a car, 10 mins after getting out, called the driver - he was more than happy to give it back. Unfortunately when trying to reach out and arrange when/how he did not answer (for 10 days straight!!!). Then I tried to reach out to Taxify, sent 2 emails - no reply. Managed to find their phone number, and after calling they said that there is not much they can do. Really really bad experience and management of the fleet.
