A frustrating experience
A frustrating experience. I booked a minivan for me and my family, because we had 7 bags to carry, even though there were 4 people. On the day of picking us up, a car with a luggage rack was sent for 4 large suitcases. For the driver it was put that it would be 4 suitcases, but I have the email confirming the minivan. Our luck was that the driver was so sweet that he did his best to fit everything, but a suitcase ended up going on my lap to the airport. And the frustration? I paid €69 for a minivan and they sent me a car whose race cost €34 and so far they haven't returned half of the payment. Congratulations on the lack of responsibility with the customer and the mess in the organization.
Oh, and this was in Spain. They are saying that the Spanish company is to blame for not offering the minivan service there, but if I had the option to choose and PAY, surely something is wrong. I want my money back.

Terrible experience. Totally unprofessional, like I never had before.
I booked a van for 5 people, which was including small kids, and 45min before the flight was landing (so we were up in the air) i got cancellation without any reasons. this created major issues for our trip and family

We have analyzed your case, we understand that the cancellation was made by our company almost 9 hours before the service, as is clearly written in the terms and conditions, due to force majeure or serious problems the company can cancel the transfer.
Deceptive Fee Practices
Had an unauthorised TSA competition fee charged to our credit card. Notified company our flight would be delayed 24hrs ahead. After being dropped off informed by the driver we owed an additional $25 Euros "late fee" since they waited 90 minutes for us after arrival. This was a lie. Our flight arrived at 2:00 we were in the car and arrived at the hotel in less than 90 minutes. He waited at the pick up point for us for 30 minutes tops. Raised this with messages to the company and no response.

Regarding the charge for the annual competition, it was clearly written in the terms and conditions that this initiative would take place from May 1st to May 30th, which was appreciated by 98% of our customers.
However, regarding what he said is totally false, we have documentation provided by the driver in which he is obliged to create documentation to request the payment of the extra wait as per the terms and conditions, we remind you that when you book you must enter the waiting time landing, from the moment the flight lands, 60 minutes are free, after which if the driver decides to wait the cost is €25.00 every 30 minutes.
You knew this well, but it was more important to leave a negative review with untrue content.

Nothing wrong with the transfer
Nothing wrong with the transfer, it was on time etc but I've had a 'Annual Competition' charge applied for £8.50 this month. From previous rating it seems they've added this into the Ts&Cs (which I can't find against my booking now) which they know people won't have read/seen.
I can't find any information about what this competition is for - what are the prizes, how was I supposed to opt out?
They also say 98% of people are happy with this competition fee. I highly doubt this as the 98% is just the overall Trust Pilot rating not for this charge. Nobody expects or wants a competition fee 2 months after the original booking for an airport transfer. It's just a scam to get extra money hoping people don't notice the Ts&Cs (which they know many won't) and won't notice the amount going out their bank.

Let down badly by a company scam
Let down badly by a company scam. Was very happy with the taxi service but two weeks after we get home have a payment taken from my account of €9.99 labelled as tsa annual competition. When queried with the company was told it is a ‘company initiative’ and is covered in section 4.2 of the terms and conditions.
If you use this company PLEASE make sure you read all of the small print.
