Taxi and driver were fine but..beware the small print. I've just had 10 euros charged to my card because I never noticed this..."4.2 • Tsa – airport transfers annually runs a prize contest at a cost of € 9.90 which is accepted by the customer at the time of the first booking on Italian territory and valid only for one competition,"
I know I agreed to the terms (now I know why we should actually read them), but the charge is buried in clause 4.2 of the terms and conditions. I regard this as disingenuous at best. I have contacted the firm and they have confirmed that no further charges will be taken from me.

Driver was on rendez Vous point in advance, informed us via WhatsApp and we were able to start earlier as we were also ready.

Easy to book. Driver send a message about half an hour before pick up that he had to park near by agreed spot and waited there for us on right time. He spoke good English and gave us city information during the ride.

Fraudulent charge on credit card
Used their services a month ago, paid online, experience was all good. Now a month after I see a new charge, amount unrelated to my previous payments, on my credit card, so I had to claim an issue and block my current and order a new card. Lowers trust in the company, careful with entering card information.
Edit: apparently the company justifies this absurd behaviour by putting a condition in their terms of service which forcefully enters you into a “lottery” by charging 9.90 eur, they also send a threatening email to take down the negative comment. Must be a way to keep a review score high.

Easy to book, driver waited for us on agreed spot even we had big delay. He spoke good English and very very nice, polite and helpful.
Excellent service, fixed price so no need to worry about flight delays, and our driver was top man, so very happy!

Trip from Fiumicino to Rome was not nice, we had a substitute driver in a dirty car and the drive was nervewrecking, even by Italian standards. Return trip was perfect with a very good driver and a car that was up to the expected standards.

I booked for 15 person the driver came at only one Vito for 9 person (start badly)
We waited more than 1h30 the second driver
We had a children of 5 years old waiting
At the moment what the second drive was suppose to arrived the first driver was controled by the police
The second driver never arrived
I recived a message explaind the second driver had a tire puncture (very strange timing)
We finally decide to leave and take another taxi after 2 h waiting
I explaine the situation to the customer service
but they don’t want to do a comercial gesture

We are sorry for the inconvenience that this situation might have caused you, however as we have already explained privately, the route that your party requested could not be done with a Minibus as the city of Rome has it's limited traffic zones and to guarantee the service in this cases we provide Minivans. Unfortunately the second driver due to a force majeure could not be there and the company promptly found a replacement car, which was refused by your party. As you can understand, the work of the drivers must be paid and the reimbursement to you could have been made in case we didn't do our proper duty, which is not.
For anyone that will read this reply we mention that this party left numerous negative feedbacks just to ruin the company's image.

We ordered two vans for 14 persons and we only got one van, the other driver never came.. we wait more than one hour and half and the other can never came !
the driver didn’t talk to us properly

And the platform didn’t refund us, we paid for an other two taxis.

I don’t recommend this platform !

Everything was just perfect
Everything was just perfect. Plain was a bit late, but the driver was waiting for us at the meeting point. Driver was very friendly and caring. We where very happy to choose the service as the plane was landing just before the midnight and there wasnt any possibiliy to reach the destination with public transport. The car was clean and comfortable. Would use the transfer again. :).
