I recommend that you book with enough margin for exceptional delay
The driver was perfect. I wrote in my first review that this company appears to book over capacity. I was not happy that the company contacted me the afternoon before my trip to propose a planned pick-up delay of 45 min after my requested and accepted time. However, the communication was very good (both driver and service desk, plus plenty of easy ways to contact) and the company made it right. I am giving 3 stars, which is uncommon, so that people like me who don't want any stress will see this and will plan to request early pick up. Thanks.
