Customer Service hung up twice on the Phone because I hadn't the exact address of a well known theatre in Brussels. Never been so badly treated, avoid this service .

I booked a taxi with their online tool one hour in advance. When the time came, no taxi. I called and they just told me “sorry, there are no cars in your area”. That’s why I had booked in the first place! 30 minutes after the agreed time, when I was rushing to the station on the bus, a driver called me to say he was at the house. Don’t let people book if you‘re not actually reserving a car for them!

DO NOT use this company. They claim they have completed journeys they haven’t and take the money from your account. When I have tried to discuss this with the company they have ignored me. For the record they owe me €103.

I booked a taxi with a child seat several days in advance to go to the train station. On the day of, 15 minutes after the appointment, the taxi had not shown. When I called the company, they said they did not have any cabs with a child seat in the area. I explained I needed to catch a train (which they could have already guessed by the fact that I had booked a ride to the train station) so please can I just have a cab without child seat. They said the cab would be there in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later, no cab, I call again and they say there's another cab coming that is still 20 minutes away. That would obviously be too late for me to catch the train (and a full 50 minutes later than the cab I had booked). It is also now too late to get another cab, which would have worked if they had warned me about any of the previous delays in real time instead of waiting for me to call. We had to cancel our trip,lost the money we had paid for the train and my kids were in tears for a good 30 minutes when they realised. I will never use this "service" again.

Worst taxi company ever. We reserved a taxi at a fixed price to bring us hole from a festival. After waiting for 2h and being harrassed by the responasables, they just left us in the cold without a ride home and we had to arrange another taxi. NEVER USE THIS TAXI COMPANY

They play annoying advertising recordings for 15 minutes when you want to book a taxi. Amazingly they are still in business. Had to call another taxi firm.

This taxi company is horribel in service. There should be more competition in Brussels. You are, waiting for more than 30 min before they answer and then another unacceptable time to wait before a taxi arrives. We are a international comoany with visitors from abroad. They are forced to choose Über at the end. So loss of revenue for Taxi Vert!! By the way there web application gives no better result in booking a taxi.

They improved so much from the first time I used them a year ago (where I had a bad experience with a no-show right to go to the airport!).
The app is functional nowadays, and the waiting time never too long.
Prices are correct, can pay with bancontact or cash.
Staff is usually kind and cars are clean.

Rude, unprofessional and totally unreliable.
Made a prior taxi reservation only to find out after waiting for more than half an hour that the taxi was going to be a no show. When calling the number to get another a explaining the situation was told by the person answering that seeing I was complaining she would not send me a taxi and hung up. Service, what service?
