We booked a van and one man from TaxiVan. They took the payment online, but did not turn up, or contact us at all with any explanation. Their phone number and email addresses just give error messages, so they are uncontactable except by post, which appears to be an accommodation address supplied by their accountants. We are in the process of trying to get the money refunded.

UPDATE; we got a refund from the bank by making a chargeback claim on the debit card. Amazingly, Taxivan tried to dispute the chargeback, but we proved to the bank that our claim was valid, as Taxivan had completely failed to provide the service contracted for.

Scam artists. They took the money then said they couldn't find a driver and said they'd give me a refund. This was on 24 July. It's now 5 Aug and despite chasing four times I've still not been refunded. Don't bother trying to call them - their number doesn't work. DO NOT USE TAXIVAN!!!

thry confirmed the booking, then they cancelled the booking a day before then had the nerve to take the money out of my account. The app doesn't exist any more, the phone number doesn't work, i can only imagine they have entirely folded, avoid.

These guys did an office move for us a few days ago and the sheer professionalism, care and attention to detail was fantastic.

It was a difficult move with lots of furniture and all our computer equipment, so we were hesitant in taking on the right company for the job.

I found this company online. I booked online and a few hours later my driver called to talk about my delivery. It was good value for money for a London delivery and they where professional. The driver was helpful and made my move a nice experience. Thank you
