A family run Company that excels… The whole process was so easy from the initial booking with Louise who is so friendly professional and dedicated. I chose the package whereby the packing was done in advance and this was so worth it, taking away all the stress surrounding packing up a home … the day of the move went like clockwork. Richard and his team worked so hard all day ( in pouring rain as well) to pack and unpack everything in the right place… no mess… no breakages… all perfect… Would recommend to everyone

My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the service from Mr O Removals. Any house move is a very anxious and stressful time but from the moment Mr O came to our house we were instilled with confidence that they could do the move. We had three items in particular that we were worried about, a scissor lift for a classic car, a two metre high potted Acer tree and a two metre high 49 year old potted rubber tree.

My wife and I saw no point in looking at other firms in the hope of saving a couple of hundred pounds. What we were looking for was a confident, professional and understanding removal company. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with every item and produced this on the day.

Mr O and his team arrived on time, worked smoothly, and handled the entire move with a level of care and attention that truly set them apart.

Nothing was too much trouble - they were friendly, well-organised, and made what could have been a stressful day feel completely effortless. All our belongings arrived safely, and the whole experience was seamless from beginning to end.

We had the odd few occasions to telephone them and the support office staff were prompt, helpful and dealt with matters efficiently.

Richard's calm and reassuring management of our move from start to finish was excellent on a very overwhelming day. They were absolutely fantastic and during the day there were several times that I wanted to cry or blow a fuse and they were there supporting and staying calm.

Mr O Removals, what a team! We cannot recommend this company enough. From Louise who handled the administration in the office to Richard and the team who managed to move us, everything was dealt with professionally with a real sense of care and hard work.

We moved from Essex to Cambridgeshire and it was touch and go at the end of day if we were going to get our keys at the new house on the day. During all of this worry, Richard and the team were calm and professional and appeased our stresses no end.

They handled our belongings with care and we had absolutely no breakages. All surfaces were protected and walls were minded.

It was a long day, but the smiles never faded. The team went above and beyond the call of duty - thank you so much for helping making a very stressful time that bit brighter.

We had a great experience when using this company. Very reasonably priced. Staff were very professional. Richard, Mark and Shane all worked really hard on the day but made us feel relaxed and at ease throughout the whole process. All soft furnishings, carpets etc were covered and protected well. We were really pleased with how everything went on the day. We would not hesitate to recommend.

Friendly, capable team with respect for your belongings, attention to detail, good manners giving confidence in the outcome. Dealt well with special furniture e.g. grandfather clock, hydraulic bed. Always on time and available to help with any queries. Nothing lost, nothing damaged. professional approach with floor coverings and purpose-made coverings for e.g. paintings, chairs etc.
Moved us successfully and efficiently from Essex to North Yorkshire over 3 days with military precision. Thank you!!

Excellent move once again, this is the fourth time we've used Mr O and my daughter has used them a couple of times too and we wouldn't ask another company ever. 100% recommended from start to finish! Mr O provided my husband and I a first class service for our move in June. Not only that but they booked us in during June at short notice when 28 other companies would not entertain doing so when we were unable to give a positive completion date to them. They completely put our minds at rest from unnecessary worry right from the first phone call to the completion of the move. A highly recommended company.
