Excellent move once again, this is the fourth time we've used Mr O and my daughter has used them a couple of times too and we wouldn't ask another company ever. 100% recommended from start to finish! Prompt reply to emails, meetings and removals as promised, no hidden extras and the care taken is amazing! Thanks once again Richard and Louise 🙂

Mr O provided my husband and I a first class service for our move in June. Not only that but they booked us in during June at short notice when 28 other companies would not entertain doing so when we were unable to give a positive completion date to them. They completely put our minds at rest from unnecessary worry right from the first phone call to the completion of the move. A highly recommended company.

Our move couldn’t have been easier with Mr O Removals. Louise was always super quick to get back to us and the box loan scheme is a great way to cut down on costs and waste.

What a great company! From the beginning dealing with Louise in the office to the moving day with Mark and Jack they were professional and very reassuring. Completion on my new property didn’t happen to nearly 5 o’clock but Mark & Jack remained patient and in fact 2 other members of staff (one was the boss) came and helped to unload. Highly recommend Mr O Removals!.

We would highly recommended Mr O removals, they are a professional team of friendly and efficient hardworking individuals. They made moving during the pandemic easy. We went for a full pack and the whole thing was executed seamlessly by Louise, Richard and their team. Packing was completed quickly, and everything was packed away beautifully. On move day a team of 4 showed up and worked like trojans despite the snow and icy conditions. They moved us out of a 3 story townhouse and even made light work of getting a piano off the 3rd floor. Beds were taken down and reassembled perfectly. When unpacking we had no breakages at all and everything was easy to find. Hardworking doesn’t even cover it - they hardly stopped for a break. I’d have absolutely no hesitation in using them again. Thank you Richard and team!

I always have good intentions to write reviews and rarely do, however I feel I have to convey how good this company is. We moved house on 2nd October 2020 and from start to finish felt thoroughly looked after. We had 4 men move our things with 4 vans and they were superb, polite, efficient and hard working - they didn't stop! It poured with rain most of the day and they just kept on and always had a smile. I can't recommend this firm enough, from quote (which was very reasonable) to depositing our belongings in our new home, they were brilliant! Hats off to you fellas, you made the day so much less stressful than it might have been. Thank you!

If we could give more than 5 stars we wouldn’t hesitate. Mr O Removals were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Very professional service received from Louise in the office to the guys who carried out the removal. They worked tirelessly on removal day, keeping up our spirits too with their great sense of humour. Would highly recommend to anyone who requires a removal company. These guys moved us from Colchester to Lowestoft and made the process as painless as possible which is needed as moving is considered to be one of the top stressful times of our lives. For starters, they were the only company who seemed to be operating in our area during the peak of Covid 19 as we were 'let down' by other companies. I cannot find one item missing from the move and to witness how hard the guys work, they are well worth their money! In fact we decided to leave a tip after the move because of the amazing patience and efforts in trying to fit all of our good through some narrow access spaces. Try to help the team by pinpointing what goods should be placed in what rooms of your new home! Louise, should not be overlooked at the office as she was as good as the 'muscle-men ' in moving the goods with her professionalism and friendliness! .

Superb price and service, everyone that we dealt with at Mr O Removals was friendly, professional and hard working. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if we ever have to move house again! They took a lot of stress out of the process.

It was a difficult time for everyone due to social distancing. However I could not fault Simon, Richard & Conor's professionalism, efficiency & friendliness.
I also received prompt informative replies from Louise who manages the office.

Against all the odds, we managed to complete on our new home and move in just as the Covid 19 lockdown came into force.

The firm we had originally organised pulled out last minute leaving us in the lurch. Thankfully, Mr O Removals stepped in to save the day and did an incredible job. The team were curtious and hard working and took care of everything. Frankly, I wish they'd been our first choice all along.

Used Mr O to move us from Essex to Cheshire. Quite a move ! We found Richard and his team very efficient, and friendly. They got on with the job in hand. Like I said all went to plan, even though our move was delayed several times with the conveyancing legal system ! Louise in the office was very helpful fitting in our change of dates for moving. Would recommend Mr O Removals to anyone in North / North East Essex looking for a reliable service.

We recently used Mr O Removals for our move before Christmas and could not recommend them more highly. From organising quotes and booking dates which were constantly changing, to the most reasonable quote we received from any other company to move day itself where we didn't have to lift a finger.
