Only giving one star because zero stars isn’t an option. Keep asking for pictures and wants to see the tags which the coat didn’t have when we opened it up. Sizes run extremely small. Very difficult to deal with. Don’t order unless you have money to throw away. This company is worthless and a scam. Buy American and from Amazon. They won’t work with you in returns

Misleading advertising. No customer-friendly return policy. Does not stand behind its products, nor gives a shit about the customer.

Ordered a jacket sometime in January 2025. It took forever to come. When it finally arrived the quality was terrible. I tried to return offered 15% said no they offered 20% still said no. I explained I wanted a full refund they said fine. I returned the coat and was responsible for the shipping costs. So I returned February 26, 2025 and the coat is stuck in china's import facility. Now its August and still no refund and im out $130.00 please stay away from this company!!! Facebook and Instagram ban this company!!!

There's nothing American about this company. After ordering, the product ships directly from China. It was way too small, buttons were on the wrong side of the jacket, poorly constructed. My options for returning was to ship back to China on my dime or take a credit worth 25% of my original purchase.

DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THIS CHINESE COMPANY. THEY USE AMERICAN NAME TO FOOL US. RECEIVED A COAT WITH A BROKEN ZIPPER OVER A MONTH AGO AND THEY ARE PUTTING ME THRU THE RINGER. TAKES 1-2 WEEKS TO RESPOND TO EACH EMAIL AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT AGREED FOR MY CREDIT. I HAD TO FILE COMPLAINT WITH CC COMPANY FOR REFUND.

The worst. All clothes are cheap and from China. Not “American classic “ as they promote. No customer service. Takes forever for an email to return. You eventually give up which is what they want !!! DO NOT BUY

Awful Awful Awful. Came from China which is fine, but this hindered from me getting a refund. They took weeks to get back to me by email and were so awful in responding and not giving me many options, I got fed up and donated the coat and am out $75.00 bucks.

Taylor Classis is NOT an American company (Facebook should banned this company from advertising at their platform). It is shipped from China. Don't buy anything from them. They sell very low quality Men's wear. I bought Jacket Quilted Stylish. I requested for a refund and they asked you to ship back to China on your own cost. I agreed because it is their refund policy. I shipped back by DHL and using my own cost. However, they refused to accept the shipment in China. Then DHL shipped back to us without telling us. I ended up have to pay double shipment and I did not get a full refund.

STAY OUT AT ALL COST!!!

There are no response from this company to do return or exchange. I will never buy from here again. No contact number. Way too much hassle

Do not buy anything from this store! Can’t return or exchange because the shipping is on you, and it costs more to ship back to China than the product. It will cost at least $200 to ship…

Under no circumstances should you order from this garbage company. I was stupid enough to do so. Don't get sucked in by their bullshit marketing. Their so-called "Return Policy" is a joke. Their sizes run way too small.

Order an L size Zane | Wool Trench coat and received an XL ( Too big! ) Emailed different 7 times and 3 of those they replied with automated emails asking for photos which I sent every time and then NO reply!!.

wasted lots of time trying to exchange the item.

Lost time & money plus ended frustrated by how they played me leading me to think they were going to make the exchange. 👎🏻

These are made in China and shipped from China. Shipping takes a couple weeks. The sizing runs very small so order at least two sizes over what you normally would. I received the coat I ordered but in a different color. I bought it for my spouse but it fits me and I am two sizes smaller. Large fits a medium size but is on the verge of a tight fit. Better not grow out of the fish bowl. The cut is good Tailoring. The quality is what you are paying for. Zippers are cheap and Velcro exposed on sleeves may not last. But given what you pay for this jacket $40 it is not surprising. I will not even try and return it. Mine will be donated. Some kid with out a jacket will love it.

This company ships out of China. All items are smaller than you think. There is no real customer service and/or return policy. You can try but it will get you nowhere. You can actually get all the same items ATC sells on TEMU instead for about half the price ATC charges. All clothes come from the same producer in China.

This company advertises itself as Taylor American Classic on Facebook. Clearly not a US company.
Ordered a gray trench coat for my husband's birthday. it was too small, so I started the process to return. THREE EMAILS LATER I was asked to provide a picture of the coat to insure it was in good shape. I was then offered the option to keep the coat and receive a 20% discount. I told them I would not be keeping the coat as it was too small, and asked them for return information. And I've heard nothing. I will be disputing the credit card charge if no word by 1/14/2025.
