Really happy with the service provided for during our residential conveyancing provided by Jacob Farrall. We sold our house and purchased one using Taylor and Emmet, the level of service provided for both sale and purchase was excellent. Jacob got back to us really quickly and answered a lot of our questions, assisted with helping us with our purchase and went the extra mile to make sure we completed on the day we needed to. Our leasehold apartment sale with potential building safety issues was handled by Taylor Emmet. Our conveyancer, Jessica, was always prompt in answering questions and did what she promised on every occasion. We had the usual scenario of a very unresponsive and difficult to deal with property management company (Firstport) but Jessica was tenacious in getting the information and documents required from them. I would definitely recommend Taylor Emmet and would certainly used them again for a property transaction.

Service has been reorganised since my previous transaction. Everything is now digitalised and this did prove challenging for an older customer who prefers reading/working with papers and finds the greyscale print universally used challenging to see. However the digitalisation is very efficient and systems are easy to use. Different solicitors working simultaneously on sale and purchase seemed more streamlined and focused actions on key items as they came up. Communications with both were excellent with many same day responses and no longer than 24hrs on emails. Solicitors therefore were accessible and the experience felt very personalised. All of my queries no matter how small were actioned and advice received promptly. Very friendly approachable staff at all levels with 'can do, nothing is too much trouble' attitudes. Would instruct conveyancing again without hesitation.
