Claire Dibb completed our property sale yesterday & was very helpful polite & professional throughout the whole process & we will not hesitate to use her services again

All told we have been dealing with Ben Brown at Taylor Emmet on & off for the past 5 years when I was originally introduced to him. We always found Ben and his team to be helpful, kind and mostly very tenacious in what was quite a unique & not at all straightforward case. Ben always answered our questions, queries and emails promptly & succinctly and we found him to be kind, polite and patient throughout the years. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ben Brown & his team to anyone with a unique and complex case as we had or otherwise.

I would have been better off defending myself and this would have saved me about £7,000 in legal fees in the long run plus not to mention the other expenses that I had to pay along side this as well. I feel like I was totally let down by my Solicitor on all levels in my opinion and that my court case was long and drawn out when it didn't need to me. The applicant's Barrister totally made mince meat out of my Solicitor and I felt like that I didn't even have a voice and when the case had finished I suppose that I had the option to make an official complaint against my Solicitor but the whole situation and the court case took everything I had out of me both mentally and physically I just did not have the energy to take this matter any further and I was just so glad and relieved that this horrendous ordeal was finally over and the nightmare had ended and also I did not want to have to drag everything up again and relive the whole situation over and over again. As a result of my court case and the way that I felt that I was let down by my Solicitor in my opinion I feel like that I have been left traumatized by the whole situation and this has had a detrimental impact on both my mental and physical health which has not helped my PTSD. I can only comment on what happened to me and other people may have had good Solicitors and a more positive experience than I did. Finally if I had the option to rate this firm of Solicitors 0 stars from my own personal experience I would have but that option wasn't available which I think that it should be to enable anyone who is thinking of using this firm of Solicitors in the future to maybe read the other reviews and decide for themselves if to choose this company or not.

I cannot recommend Hannah Whiting and Team Lomas at Taylor and Emmet enough. The service provided has been above and beyond expectation. This was a very emotional sale and from the outset Hannah's compassion and professionalism has been truly unbelievable. Generally good service - very responsive. Not perfect - e.g. they needed a little prompting to chase down the other less communicative solicitors in the chain, but better than the others. I would use them again.

I have nothing but praise for the conveyancing team who turned round buying and selling transactions within a tight time-scale. They kept me informed throughout, and always dealt with my queries very quickly and patiently. I recommend without hesitation.

I felt emails and forms had not been fully explained, for the average individual to comprehend, and I also had to duplicate forms because T and E claimed they had not received them the first time.
I had to make extra payments that I had not advised about and it was not made clear who it had to be paid to, I had to make several phone calls and send emails to clarify this on many occasions.
It was an incredibly stressful time anyway and it was made harder having to chase and have things clarified by T and E.
The whole process would have been made easier if one person had dealt with the case and doing it person would also have been easier.
I would not use T and E for the foreseeable future.
