Substituted an out of stock item, with a different but compatible one, and changed (upgraded) another item to make it work with the substituted item, Everything fitted and worked first time.

we use Taylor Lighting for our kitchen and bathroom refits, several times we have ordered after the cut of time and still received the gods next day.

I ordered a made to measure strip of RGB LED lighting, aluminium difffuser strip, end stops and fixing brackets.

Products were packaged excellently and the Courier used by Taylor Lighting went over and above to ensure the packages were left in a secure place and left a detailed note to ensure I could locate them.

The LED Strip and aluminium diffuser were both of excellent quality and were easy to install. The strip lighting is nice and bright and gives a good even light.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Taylor Lighting!

Brilliant service, plan to use again in the new year

I wasn't asked to review but I can say that I'm really glad I did my order with them, I was expecting it to be shipped from China because it looked like those sort of sites but surprised a day later the package arrived, it was a 2M profile packed safely and being shipped from UK meant it arrived unbroken unlike my last order from a Chinese site.

they had profiles no other site does, like the round profile with 30mm diameter, I wish they stocked the 40mm or 60mm.

I really recommend them, I would have given 5 stars if the site had better search results with keywords, if for example you search for round profile it results in boxed ones included, so you'll end up scrolling too much.

It was as good as it gets for an online shopping experience. Easy to navigate website, straight forward billing and prompt delivery. Had a couple of small issues but they were dealt with by competent and polite staff immediately. I can’t praise them enough. Well done Taylor Lighting

Possibly the worst customer service ever, I phoned up as my strip lights had come off and was told it was an instalation problem. He was Rude and I only asked for a solution and he then put the phone down whilst I was still talking. Would never use this company.

No doubt this will be removed as he said it would be. What's the point in a site that only allows for good reviews.

He is now saying i wanted a free replacement or I would leave a bad review, complete lies.
