Job done to our satisfaction except tiles were cut on my lawn. Charges were reasonable. I have used this firm before and would highly recommend them.

Before getting in touch with Taylor Roofs, we had water pouring into our living room - not exactly the feature we were going for! From the initial quotation through to the guys turning up on the day, everything went smoothly. Communication with the office was spot on and the work itself was completed to a really high standard. We’re delighted with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Taylor Roofs to anyone needing roofing work done properly.

Received quote day after survey. Excellent! Accepted immediately. 3 weeks later guys arrived to do the work. They were polite friendly and thorough. Job completed and it looks great. They cleaned up every drop and left everything looking like new. Can't praise them enough. Everything was prompt, professional and I am so glad that I chose them. Highly recommend!

From start to finish guys very professional ,taking pictures of work needed and taking time to explain what work will be done, even repaired a broken tile i had not noticed,giving explanation of work schedule. before and after completion.

The process from the initial quote, two flat roofs and new ridging, to job completion was seamless. Taylor roofing arranged for a skip delivery which ensured that our property was tidy at the end of their working day. The 3 men, led by Dean, were professional in their approach to the work that they were undertaking. All were extremely hard working, arriving early every morning which meant our agreed work was finished within 5days. Thank you.
There were a few issues which were highlighted to the office and dealt with the following day.

It was agreed that Taylor Roofs would come in approximately 6 weeks after the deposit as they were waiting for the scaffolding to be erected.
A positive was that the scaffolding company arrived within 3 weeks and the Taylor Team a few days later, which was great.
The roof repair was carried out very professionally and the Team were really friendly and helpful. The only very slight disappointment was that while they repainted the wood repair at rear of the house they did not paint the front left, which was easier while the scaffolding was erected. The scaffolding took over a week to be dismantled.
This is a very, very minor criticism, and does not take anything away from the main repair which was excellent. They cleaned up everything before leaving.
I would definitely use them again. Thanks to the Team.

We have been having issues,with mould on our bedroom ceiling. I have had contact with other roofing companies and despite assurances that they would investigate and quote for work no further contact with companies followed. Taylor Roofs responded quickly to my request for help. The surveyor was out promptly and was able to pinpoint the issues causing our problem with mould. This was in part due to poor insulation being present in our loft space which does not reflect well on our previous builder and also no ventilation vents in the roof. We were able to view the video of the loft space and the missing insulation corresponded to the areas where mould has been an issue. We were given a quote that same day and after accepting this the work took place quickly after this. I cannot fault the work and we are just so grateful to have a solution to our problem. Would highly recommend Taylor Roofs.
