Quality of workmanship and price. Arrived when they said they would , job done quickly , site tidied before departure.

I found Taylor Roofs to be a very reliable and professional company. After storm Eowyn my roof was left with substantial damage and I contacted Taylor Roofs who sent their surveyor Mark to inspect it. The company then emailed a quote which I could choose to accept or reject. The roof renovation was carried out efficiently and the team cleared up on completion. I would highly recommend Taylor Roofs.

Quoted for new roof, 2 weeks later work. Started, 4 days later work completed. At all stages I was kept informed, including the arrival of the scaffolding and skip. Skip removed final day of job and scaffolding the next day. Excellent communication from the office with regard to quote, payment etc. workman inspected the loft before leaving and removed bits of debris that had fallen through. More than happy with my new roof, and happy to recommend.

We had a very good experience in using Taylor Roofing for a full strip and redo on our roof. With this being a substantial job I had some real concerns in finding the right contractor to go with and had been in touch with many roofing companies within my local area. After some in-depth research and many quotes it was obvious from first communication that Taylor roofing know their trade and clearly set out to be a full and proper professional outfit from start to finish.
As I mentioned I had some real worries in selecting for this size of job and I genuinely could list a large number of positives when dealing with Taylor roofing but to select the few points that made my mind up.
1. Comms had been great right from the start.
2. I had some questions on the quote which I sent outwith office hours and I had a reply from the MD with 10min plus made the time the following day to schedule a call with me to discuss the points further.
3. Guys on the job are great, always updating us and kept the job clean.
4. Office team doing whatever they could to help with some requests id made.
5. Competitive pricing. Like I say I ended up with at least 10 quotes and for the service we got their quote was as competitive as the others.

Won’t bore you with the rest. Top roofing company these guys. Would always recommend and wouldn’t look anywhere else for roofing jobs now.

The inspection and site teams were professional and friendly. The timescale between requesting an inspection and completing the work was pleasingly short and the work was done to a high standard.

Highly recommended. Their quote was quick and their workmen did a great job. Everything was done as per quote and no mess was left. We did have a minor issue, but this was dealt with quickly and in a very professional manner.

Taylor Roofs operate really professionally. They book you in for a quote, talk you through what they would do, no high pressure sales techniques, instead they email you a quote and it's up to you to accept it and pay a deposit. Then you get contacted to agree a date for the works. Experience from last 2 jobs they have done for us is that they turn up on time, do a good job and leave everything neat and tidy. Would recommend.

Engaged with Taylor Roofs to have 4 hips replaced on my roof. Found them expensive but went ahead as they came across well. The experience was not as expected. The hips were all out of alignment and they had to refit after I complained. The membrain barrier was not fitted properly and they had to reapply, again I had to push them on this. They also started flying a drone around my house without my permission taking photos, again I had to complain and stop them from doing this. I hate to think what kind of a mess there would have been was I not on top of the job.The job was to be signed off by a supervisor, he came out said he went up to inspect the job, and that he was happy with it. I asked how he got up the scaffolding and he said he climbed up it; so much for Health and Safety. After he left I checked my security cameras, and he did not go up at all, he just took pictures from ground level. I emailed the owner asking him to come and see me as I was unhappy with the job, he refused saying he does not see customers. It has now been over 6 weeks since the job was completed, I do not think it is a very good job and still have 4 more hips to do and will be asking another firm to complete this work. I was promised my guarantee a week after completion, I called them and they said it was forth coming and I have still not received this over 6 weeks later

Taylor roofing came to repair our roof and replace a velux window and a few other wee jobs.
We had an excellent service - the office staff are so helpful - answering questions and giving information as well as keeping us informed during the whole process.
Stuart the surveyor took pictures and told us all the work that needed to be done - as well as some things that could wait for another day if that suited us better.
The 2 workmen (I can’t remember their names) were very punctual and kept us informed with photos of their work - including problems they encountered and sorted as they went along. They were polite and very hard working and cleared up any mess they’d made .
I can’t fault the service from Taylor Roofs - I always recommend them to others and will continue to use them for any roofing work.

I recently had Taylor Roofs out for a roof verge repair, and from start to finish, they were fantastic. They gave me a clear quote, kept me updated with regular messages, and originally estimated the work could take up to six weeks. But to my surprise, within a week, I got a call saying they could do it that same day—talk about efficiency!

The girls on the phone were absolutely lovely, always helpful and cheerful. But I have to admit, the guys who came out to do the work were even nicer (sorry, ladies!). The team was professional, friendly, and worked quickly while keeping everything tidy.

This isn’t the first time I’ve used Taylor Roofs, and it definitely won’t be the last. Reliable, professional, and with top-notch customer service—what more could you ask for? If you need any roofing work done, I’d highly recommend them!
