I've been dancing since I was 7 and have loved every moment of it. Niki and the team are so patient and caring whilst also challenging and pushing me to be the best I can be. So many opportunities to help teach, join extra classes and perform in Braintree and Colchester. Amazing for all ages and experience, would highly recommend.

My daughter has now been dancing with Taylor’s for 8 years, still loves it and enjoys the opportunity to be involved in shows and performances as well as take exams (all optional.) The teachers are all great and encourage each child to develop both their dance skills and confidence. Older pupils are great role models for those younger than them, it really is a big dance family.

My daughter has been attending TDC for 16 months now and she has grown in confidence. She has a complete love for music and loves to show this with dance too! She took part in the Summer show and enjoyed every part of it, and she felt very important. She has a lovely little dance group. She’s made lots of new friends here and loves to dance with Miss Hope, Miss Niki & Miss Emily!

My daughter has been dancing at Taylor’s for about 4 years now. They have been absolutely incredible with her. She suffers with bad anxiety but is always desperate to join in. With their hard work, support, and encouragement, my daughter has been able to participate in two shows and do her exams as well. She loves dancing and Taylor's has been the perfect place for her to be herself.

My daughter loves dancing at Taylor’s, she loves the shows they do every couple of years and exams. The staff are amazing, Nikki is great and always there to answer your questions and Sophie is always great and kind too.

My little one has been dancing with Taylor’s since 2021 where she first attended a summer camp, she loved it and we signed up for classes.
She has so much fun each week learning the routines and really enjoys all the different styles, I think Tap is her favourite.
She loves dancing in the shows and taking her dance exams. It’s great to see her face light up on the stage & see her confidence grow each time.
She has such a lovely dance family, everyone is so friendly and they all look after each other. I 100% recommend Taylor’s Dance Company ❤️

My daughter loves her dance class- she has been attending for almost three years now and has moved up from the minis to the primary. She is about to take her second set of exams and has no fear at all about them which shows the confidence that the lovely instructors are instilling in her!

I never thought I would see Alice on stage at the mercury theatre but she did so well- what a wonderful opportunity for all the girls that attend the Taylor’s Dance School! My second daughter is about to sign up as well!

My daughter joined Taylors Dance when she was at school as an afternoon club for something to do but it's became more than that as she grew up, it's became a passion and I believe a large part of that is from Nikki and the rest of the teachers passion for dance and their belief in her. She has experienced exams and shows, both which have seen her dance and herself thrive in confidence and helped her make new friends. She now wants to join the elite to continue her dance journey. Nikki is down to earth and very approachable and helpful along with Sophie who is a very helpful admin (believe me I message alot so know this first hand!) I don't know all the teachers but Kezia speaks highly of the ones who teach her. As a parent I have loved watching and continue to watch her dance evolve and watching her practice at home and I'm sure when she joins the elite it will only get better with new opportunities in the world of dance. Long story short, Taylors Dance Company is brilliant and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for their child to learn dance and the different styles!

I am enjoying going to the adult tap class in Colchester.
The ladies are fun and enthusiastic, we learn new routines and it’s great exercise at the same time. Niki is a great teacher and makes us all feel a part of the class

My daughter has been attending Taylor Dance Company for just over a year. I have to say I was a little bit worried because she was only 3 years old when we signed her up and also a little shy… however it is remarkable how much she has grown in confidence and the enjoyment she receives from dancing. The classes have been a great confidence boost for her and she absolutely loves it!

Jacob has been dancing with this company since he was 3 years old! He has now joined the senior groups, he has always loved being part of the dance company it’s his biggest passion, loved being part of the dance shows and has done every one of them! He has gained so much confidence over the years, now confident to go off and do auditions by himself which he now has a place in a pantomime thanks to Taylor’s dance company giving Jacob the confidence and passion for dance to do this! Fantastic dance teachers! X

I joined Taylor’s dance school as an adult in 2017 after looking for tap classes that I loved as a child.
I have done 2 shows which are brilliant fun!
My little Girl as soon as she turned 3 she joined Taylor’s and loves it. She has done her first ever dance show at the mercury this year.
Dancing has helped her confidence and the opportunity to make friends outside of nursery.
Her favourite thing about dancing is how she learnt how to skip :)
I chose Taylor’s because after enquiring about classes the principal was very friendly and inviting when I felt nervous about getting back to dancing.
We attend the kingsland stanway venu. We love it because it has an area where we as parents can have a coffee and a catch up whilst our children are in the lesson.
My little girls confidence has grown since dancing, from not wanting to dance in class to performing on stage at the mercury within a year!
Highly recommend Taylor’s. It’s a fun class covering a range of styles. And how every other year there is a show.
And you become one big dance family.!

Taylor's Dance Company is a fantastic dance school. They really look after each child. My daughter is usually very shy but she cannot wait for each lesson and she is so happy to attend. The dance show was an amazing experience for her and she is still talking about it remembering every moment.

The teachers at Taylor’s dance company are incredible. They are so approachable and always make lessons fun for my child. The price of lessons is very reasonable in comparison to other local companies and is very inclusive of additional needs. Since starting, my daughter’s confidence has really grown, she is always excited to attend and has made lots of dance friends.

Taylors is a fantastic dance school, my eldest has been attending for around 7 years now and my youngest 3-4 years.
Great experience for my girls, Niki & her team are such friendly ladies, they have great communication and arrange brilliant shows!

My daughter Ember loves attending Taylor’s Dance each week, with her friends! She is very confident due to their supportive dance teaching. Recently she has performed in her first big show at Mercury Dance Theatre and we were so impressed with how confidently all dancers performed and how strong the choreography was and the music chosen.

TDC is the 3rd dance company my daughter has been to. Since joining last year I can now see her progressing in her dancing. She is learning different dance techniques. She loves going to her dance lessons and the boost in her confidence has risen so high. She's made lots of new friends and loves her dance teacher. We are looking forward to watching her dance in the dance show.

My daughter has been at Taylor’s Dance Company for years and absolutely love it. She enjoys the dancing and the social aspect of seeing people she is not at school with. The teaching staff are amazing, so approachable and great with the students. I would highly recommend this dance school.

My daughter absolutely loves TDC and had grown in confidence so much since joining. She so looks forward to her weekly lesson. All the staff are lovely.
