Quite impressed with Taylor Chartered Surveyors. We used them for HTB RICS valuation. Prompt communication, very swift turnaround and visit to our property, with the report available on the next day. We met Elliot, who is an excellent conversationalist, very keen to explain current property market and what would impact value of our property specifically. It was quite useful to her Elliot's thoughts and explanations. We deemed valuation fair given market conditions and comparable property prices. We were quite happy on how quickly they acted to arrange a visit and produce a report. We would use them again.

A quick and professional service from Sasha and Elliot, undertaking a HTB valuation for us. Quick responses to a request for quote and appointment and following the survey the report was returned with 24hrs. Elliot was very knowledgeable and was able to explain and answer all our questions in relation to the HTB repayment process.

Lee also talked us through the survey in detail afterwards, making us feel incredibly comfortable and even agreed to provide additional information to the tradesman required to address the issues found.
