Incredibly helpful and polite staff, made everything very simple and were more than happy to help when my valuation needed an extension. Price was more than reasonable for the level of service.

Surveyor did not turn up to the appointment did not carry out a survey (physical). Apparently valued the property based on other surveys carried out on the building, not my apartment and did not take into account the ongoing section 20, structural damages and estimated required work and disputes with the freeholder. Issued a valuation for help to buy anyway.
I contacted Taylor chartered surveyors on several occasion only to receive nonsense excuses of a re-schedule and a survey to actually be done. Loads of excuses and now no reply at all. Awful service. Have given them plenty of time and have been very patient. Now I have drawn a line. Avoid. Abysmal service and correspondence. Awful service.... can't event call it that. They didn't actually do anything.
