I am tearing my hair out with this company! I ordered 3 items on Black Friday and because one of the 3 items wasn't in stock, they haven't shipped any of the items to me for over 3 weeks. Today is apparently the day that my package is due to be sent, but I have no notification of shipment...instead, I keep getting emails saying my package is "on its way" when it hasn't even left them yet. They also keep sending me emails for the wrong order. The AI customer service is beyond irritating. I just want my Christmas presents to arrive that I ordered last month!

I recently purchased a pyjama set from TBCo with the personalised embroidery service and honestly, it was by far my best on-line purchase experience. Shortly after placing my order, I realized I needed to change the size of the pyjamas. I reached out via email and I was pleasantly surprised by their quick response and willingness to assist. No problems made.

They were really supportive throughout the whole process. Even when the Royal Mail website was playing hard to get with my shipping info, they followed up and let me know when I could expect my delivery. Such great service!

When the pyjamas arrived, they did not disappoint, they were packaged in a lovely cotton bag with a matching, complimentary scrunchie. The quality is top-notch too—gorgeous stitching, soft material and the colours are perfect.

I can’t wait to gift these for Christmas. I’m sure the lucky person will love them! I’m already thinking about getting a pair for myself. Huge shoutout to TBCo! Their professionalism, responsiveness, and helpfulness truly set them apart. Thank you:)

I ordered the burgundy striped cotton robe (gorgeous); however I had to cancel my order. I contacted them and they were responsive, professional, and swift in their correspondence. What I liked best was that they followed up when they said they would. Cancellation was easy, and I was refunded quickly. I still want that robe, and when I am able I will feel good about who I am ordering from.

The hat was a gift and the recipient is very happy.
I was worried about the delivery but needn’t have been. Super helpful customer service. Would recommend

I ordered a hood and scarf which I loved. So much so that I decided to gift the hood to several family members. Alas, within an hour of my order I received an email about the upcoming. Black Friday sale. I emailed to cancel the order in order to re-order a few days later. Customer service was prompt and responsive, and very understanding. Just terrific. I just re-ordered the items (actually a couple more than originally) so not only are the products splendid, but their business practices are fabulous, too.

They are very kind, attentive, and efficient. They are quick to answer questions. I love their service.

Had made a mistake when asking for item to be embroidered. Customer Service reached out to me to check and very kindly changed my order. They even sent it with next day delivery on hearing it was for a wedding. They couldn't have been more friendly, kind and efficient. Blanket arrived and it is beautiful!!

Firstly I bought pyjamas from them and they were incredibly flattering and comfortable. I love them. A small hole appeared on the bum after about 6 months so I wrote asking for a scrap of fabric to repair them. They replaced the pyjamas for free and I am completely over the moon!! Honestly the best pyjamas I’ve ever had and also the best customer service I’ve ever received. THANK YOU

As an expat originally from Edinburgh, I’ve bought multiple blankets and beautiful embroidered tartan Christmas stockings, sentimental reminders of ‘home’ 😊 They also make great gifts, which my friends and family have loved.
Recently I had to deal with customers services and they were amazing, very quick response time and the issue was remedied within a few days. Brilliant small business that I’ll continue to use.

tbco is my new go to place for gift giving! In fact, considering a ‘me’ order very soon. Gorgeous products, classy, contemporary and certainly things that spark joy.

I have a thing about scarves and especially love the triangle style.
I came across Tbco on an instagram ad and bought a large grey with burgundy edging.
Its arrived and I love it. Supersoft wool which looks so stylish when worn. I love it so much I've just ordered the burgundy with lilac colourway.
I'd love to buy the navy with lighter blue ruffle edging but it's only available in the small size. Please please please do a larger version.

I reported it to TBCo after some time . The company acted swiftly and very efficiently.. I was very impressed and greatful to have a replacement within days ..

I was so pleased with the beautiful products I bought from TBCo. I had one minor issue with one of the items and upon reaching out, received outstanding customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and I’ll be buying more of their lovely linens and blankets in the future.

Excellent company, I ordered a hamper with pajamas, wash bag, candle, cup and hand cream, all of which were very high quality. Anniversary gift for my wife and she loved it all.

Issue with customs resulting in my package being held for a few weeks but TBCo kept in touch and followed up the entire time. Always had quick feedback whenever I wanted an update. Would highly recommend this company, the gift boxes are a fantastic idea for a present.

Great quality! Just be careful if you want to return sale items - you only have 14 days for that. That info was a bit hidden in my opinion.
