Love the products - they are amazing quality and the designs are lovely. I had an issue with my order and the customer service was fantastic. My issue was resolved very quickly and i'm extremely happy with my order. I would definitely recommend them!

I really love my blanket from this company, and have recently been the lucky receiver of a pair of PJs too! Unfortunately, they were too big but customer service to resolve the issue has been impeccable. Highly recommend!

Amazing service
I have been giving these Blankets for wedding gifts for years. Young or old they are always a favorite. I recently ordered another one and the box was damaged by the shipper. They also had a information card in the box to explain what makes these blankets GREAT. I was Told they no longer do the info card because of Enviromental reasons I can totally understand that.
I was contacted back the next day. Amazing in this day and age. I cannot say enough good things about the product or the people. I will be a customer for life.

This was the perfect gift for my sister in the UK. I was thrilled when I found the gift boxes from TBCo as I live in Mexico and being able to send such a special birthday gift (and with great quality) was amazing!

Beautiful products and great customer support! During their working hours they answer pretty immediately and were able to help me without hesitation. I had to cancel an order and all went well. The products I own have been with me for some years now, are frequently in use and hold up really well.

I bought 2 Baby Blankets for twins. The fabric is beautifully soft. The name and date embroidery is a bit small. I had to search for it as it wasn't at all obvious. Delivery time was good though, and the sage and oatmeal colours avoided the gender-normative pink and blue. Overall, pretty decent.

Pretty scarf but it's super itchy like wool even though it says 100% cashmere. Cashmere shouldn't be itchy. It's 160 euro which is cheap for cashmere, and now you know why. Even still, a 160 euro for an itchy scarf is a terrible purchase. Wish I had returned it on time. Avoid Tartan blanket if you are looking for a scarf that doesn't itch.

Products are made in China, not Mongolia
TBCO is dishonest. I ordered a scarf. The website said it was made in Mongolia. When I received the scarf, I looked on the tag, and it said "Made in Inner Mongolia: China." That is dishonest, and TBCO knows it. I will be returning my product and no longer purchasing from them again.

Our partner’s weaving mill is based in the capital of Inner Mongolia, which is an autonomous region of northern China.
All our products are designed in Scotland but not woven here, which you can find on each product page and in our blogs or FAQs across our site.

I received the scarf and it looks nice, but I don't appreciate the fact that this company is trying to hide the fact that their products are made in China.
On their website they say the product comes from Inner Mongolia. Inner Mongolia means the country of Mongolia to me, not China. It’s false advertising as far as I am concerned.
Now I’m torn between having to return the item and face what others have described poor customer service or keep the item knowing that I’ve sponsored a country I’d rather not.

3.5 - 4 stars. Loved the triangle scarf arrived as seen online, good quality. I had an issue as I wanted to change the colour as it was a Xmas gift. Customer service was a bit slow at replying and felt like they weren't going to respond. I went into the store in Leith - excellent service from the person working there. A couple of days later I got a positive response to my email. Online customer service may be a bit slow but if you're able to go in to their physical location this was helpful.

No customer service at all!!!
This is my first ever experience with this company. I received a gift and have been trying to get in touch with them to do an exchange over the last 2 weeks using all available methods (email, form on website, WhatsApp) and not hearing a single response back! It is absolutely ridiculous and abysmal the lack of customer service available. I was initially so impressed with the company when I received the gift but having had this experience it seems like the type of company that will very happily and quickly take your money but offer no customer service if you needed anything. I would never recommend them!
